yup its good
8/10 Coming from LoL and Smite 2, I would say Predecessor is one of the better beginner friendly games to start learning MOBA games. For someone who wants to learn, they offer a decent amount of options for beginners to get a good grasp of how this game functions. They have a solid practice mode as well as prebuilds for any hero you may want to play. What I would recommend if you are new to the game is to browse builds for a hero you are interested in. Understand what your items can do and why they pair well together. A decent amount of players who create builds will write a small descriptor for why they picked those items. Don't stray from your hero's recommended role/s and I would highly suggest you avoid Quick Match and play the Player vs AI mode to start until you feel comfortable. If you have a friend who has played the game I would suggest you play Carry so that your friend can support and guide you through the game. If you do not have someone to play with I personally suggest you play Midlane. I see a lot of new players flock towards Support and Carry which tends to cost your team the game and will usually cause frustration and a decent amount of choice words. However the overall toxicity is minimal and there aren't many who use comms within the game. The game is pleasing to look at and the base hero models and skins look clean. A lot of the skins they offer for the hero's are appealing and have a very minimal look to them while some do have a more complex look. When is comes to their skin prices and how they look I would say they have a solid range for purchase. Of course there are some skins worth the price, some look like they belong in a different rarity, and the lower rarities do come with a few recolors of the base skin. One thing I wish they would consider is their battle pass and how some of the skins within it look to have minimal effort. I have avoided purchasing the battle pass due to the skins inside not being worth the cost. However the battle pass is fairly inexpensive and only costs $11.99, so if you do want loot boxes, sprays, over head emotes, hero unlocks and skins that correlate, different in game currencies, and a few other things then you should consider. Last thing, their match making seems to be fairly unpredictable, they do mix console and pc players which may or may not correlate with how each team performs. You can see what the players on your team are playing on, you cannot see what the enemy team is on. There does seem to be an imbalance of match making when it comes to those with high Affinity. However I personally do not think a high Affinity level means you are good at the game or the hero you play. Affinity is essentially a level you get for how often you play the hero. Of course there is a mixture of both. There could be a player that has a high Affinity that is good at the game and their hero and a player who is the complete opposite. If they focus on fixing bugs, match making, and continue to improve and create skins and art for their game I do believe the game could continue on a steady path. I enjoy this game and I don't want to see it fail :)
fun game, better than smite.
