Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 22 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Cool. No learning curve. Interesting story line. Powerups. I like it. NOTE. iM NOW AT THE SPOOKY DOOR LEVEL 2 THE FIRE ROOM. This is very hard and frustrating. Im at 105 stamina and every battle uses fire and drains my energy so after a few battles is impossible to continue. I play the lower levels so i can go in to this one with a lot of potion balls to restore energy but these balls in this level are impossible to come by and every battle has fire. Getting too hard.
It's good, well made, kinda fun - but in the end, it's just playing Pong.

PONG Quest™ is a fascinating reimagining of the classic arcade game PONG, transforming it from a simple two-dimensional pong simulation into an expansive, adventure-driven RPG experience. Developed by Chequered Ink Ltd. and published under the iconic Atari brand, PONG Quest™ manages to balance nostalgic homage with innovative gameplay elements, appealing both to fans of the original game and newcomers seeking a unique adventure. The game’s core concept revolves around taking the familiar paddles and ball mechanic and integrating it into a rich, story-driven universe filled with quests, battles, and character progression. From the outset, PONG Quest™ impresses with its charming pixel art style, which effectively captures the retro aesthetic while adding enough modern polish to feel fresh. The vibrant environments, detailed character sprites, and lively animations contribute to an inviting world that encourages exploration. The soundtrack complements the visual design, blending chiptune melodies with energetic beats that enhance the overall immersive experience. The game’s interface is intuitive, making it easy for players to navigate menus, manage inventory, and understand game mechanics without feeling overwhelmed, which is crucial given the hybrid nature of the gameplay. Gameplay-wise, PONG Quest™ takes the fundamental mechanics of the original PONG and expands them into a variety of gameplay modes. Players control a paddle character that can move around the map, engage in combat, and participate in puzzle-solving activities, all while utilizing PONG-inspired mechanics in creative ways. Combat involves bouncing projectiles or enemies’ attacks using the paddle, requiring skill, timing, and strategic positioning. These battles are often framed within larger quests that involve exploring dungeons, collecting items, and upgrading equipment. The progression system encourages players to develop their character’s abilities, unlock new skills, and customize their paddles, adding a layer of depth to what might otherwise be a simple concept. One of the standout features of PONG Quest™ is its inventive approach to blending classic gameplay with modern RPG elements. The narrative, while lightweight, provides context and motivation for the player's journey through various levels and worlds. The game cleverly incorporates puzzles and mini-games that leverage the core PONG mechanic, such as bouncing balls to activate switches, defeat enemies, or solve environmental challenges. This creative integration keeps the gameplay engaging and prevents it from feeling repetitive. Additionally, the game offers a variety of boss battles that test players’ mastery of the mechanics, often requiring precise timing and strategic thinking. The game's difficulty curve is well-balanced, making it accessible for newcomers while still providing enough challenge for seasoned players. The learning curve gradually introduces new mechanics and enemies, ensuring players are not overwhelmed initially but are gradually tested as they progress. The multiplayer aspect, allowing cooperative play, adds considerable replay value, as players can team up to tackle quests and combat, fostering a sense of camaraderie and shared achievement. The developers have also included a range of achievements and unlockables, motivating players to revisit different areas and experiment with various tactics. Ultimately, PONG Quest™ stands out as a creative and nostalgic reinvention of a timeless classic. It successfully combines retro charm with modern gameplay innovations, creating an experience that is both fun and engaging. The attention to detail, polished presentation, and inventive mechanics showcase Chequered Ink Ltd.’s dedication to respecting the legacy of PONG while pushing its boundaries into new territory. For fans of arcade classics, RPGs, or innovative indie titles, PONG Quest™ offers a delightful journey that proves even the simplest concepts can be transformed into complex and entertaining adventures.
