0 customer service Completed raids but was booted out during go fest. Tried to contact customer support to hopefully be somewhat compensated for my wasted money. Submitted three separate tickets requesting assistance and couldn’t get a human. I just got the same ai response every time saying they weren’t going to do anything, even with a description of what happened and multiple screenshots of proof. It’s just so sad, I have been playing this game since 2016 and have never been so disappointed.

Pokémon WHERE? After the recent spawn changes, Pokémon GO has become far less enjoyable to play. I used to get around 10 wild spawns an hour at my location. Now I’m lucky to see two. That completely changes the experience, especially for players who don’t live near busy downtown areas or can’t travel constantly. The reduction in spawns makes it much harder to complete events, catch Pokémon, earn Stardust and simply enjoy opening the app throughout the day. For example, the typical free research ‘Catch Five Pokémon’ would be hard to complete at home. Not with 2 spawns an hour. Please reconsider these spawn changes or restore previous spawn density. Long-time players notice the difference, and it has made the game significantly less fun.

Catch rates in raids It’s unfair how you can guarantee catching a shiny legendary from a raid but not guaranteed to catch a perfect if one appears from a raid I did a sogaleo raid and a perfect spawned and I only did excellent throws with golden razzberries and it ran which is so unfair.

Support not responding Support used to be helpful but now it's just an AI that doesn't actually do anything. Not spending another penny on this game til they bring back real human support agents, considering how often it crashes or glitches out

Worst customer service ever HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! I have not been able to get my daughters account to work for almost a month! I have contacted Niantic multiple times in multiple ways! No one is helping, they just keep telling me to do the same thing uninstall and reinstall! I have done this literally 12 times! I have deleted the cache! I have even fully factory reset the tablet! I have even tried on other systems like a cell phone and I get the same thing! Nothing is working. The game closes every time I click to log in! This company is terrible! They don’t help anyone! I have provided my email and phone number. They refuse to reach out and help! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. The game says reach contact customer service but customer service doesn’t do ANY!!!!!!!!!

Lagging and kicked/crashing out of raids The performance of Pokémon go is terrible and it makes your phone hot and lag a lot to the point where doing raids is Impossible and Pokémon is uncatchable and ive lost over 5 legendary Pokémon I could’ve gotten but the game just crashed and I wasn’t able to join back in the raid

Pokemon disappearing Why does coins cap at 50 for gyms no matter how long it’s there? I had a Pokemon in a gym for 42 days and only got 50 coins for it. That entire time I was unable to use that Pokemon and I only get 50 coins from it. Not only that recently there’s been a problem with me ‘not being in range’ which if that’s an actual change then it’s stupid because whenever I’m going somewhere(I’m not driving I’m not able to) I can’t get them even if it’s saying I can. And change the 400 candies for evolving some Pokemon, it’s stupid to have to walk 400km just to evolve especially when it’s a special quest.

Player since 2016, but no longer There’s so many glitches and the responses from support are so bad. I’ve actually given up playing anymore even though I’ve been a player since 2016. I’ve reached my final straw last night with this game
