Pogo3D

A great Foddy-like with a well implemented learning curve. By the end of the game you'll wonder how you ever had trouble pogo-ing around in the beginning. You will also come to hate uneven surfaces more than anything in the world.

After playing the demo I thought I had my fill of this game. I was wrong. Ended up buying it because it's a really good extreme-difficulty platformer. There are very few mouse-based platformers like my favourite (Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy) and Pogo3D is very well put together. The levels are also diverse and often interesting to play or interact with. That said, this game probably won't crack my favourites. There's no ambient noise to delivery atmosphere and no smug guy making fun of you to deliver story. This is gameplay-focused through-and-through. It makes for a very effective distraction, like meditation without the need to consciously concentrate, but Pogo3D is not something you'll remember much.
