깔끔한 도로와 화려한 건물 배치, 그 속의 귀여운 동물들을 기대하셨습니까? 하하하하 여긴 그딴 거 없습니다!!!! 평평한 지형에서 도저히 연결되지 않는 도로가 있습니다 어떻게든 연결하고 싶다고요? 그럼 건물을 부수십쇼! 절대 칼각을 맞출 수 없습니다! 심지어 도로 너비도 지들 멋대로 조절하거든요! 지그재그의 건물배치와 낙서같이 구불구불한 도로로 동물원에 그림을 그려봅시다 모든 건물마다 근무 부서를 추가 해야하는데, 해당 건물이 어디에 어떻게 생겼는지 외워야 합니다. 부서 지정을 할 때마다 화면을 하얗게 칠해버리거든요! 하얀 테두리만 보이고 외관이 보이지 않아요! 빌어먹을 손님들은 직원들을 하찮게 생각해서 직원시설이 일종의 혐오시설로 적용합니다! 그래서 직원 시설을 숨겨놨더니? 저런! 직원들의 출퇴근 시간이 길어져 효율이 떨어지는군요! 동물 연구하는 것도 느려 터진 녀석들이 걸음 속도도 느려요! 젠장 그래도 시작했으니, 끝은 봐야지

Everything with this game is laborious and unintuitive. It takes so long to go through the extremelly slow and full of chit-chat-filler tutorial that when you finally start playing and discover you hate this game it's too late to get a refund.

The construction and controls are a nightmare. I bought it for my kid with all the DLCs, but even I'm unable to control this. I didn't even play a minute, just tried to find out, how construction works. After 10 hours of suffering, I asked for a refund: Steam refused. I threw out a lot of money to the garbage bin. I've finished with Steam, this was the last drop for me. Even until now I preferred Epic and GoG, and this case convinced me that Steam is the worst place where my money could go.
