Placid Plastic Duck VR

Same thing as the original, the only difference is VR and you can do much more of it. It's pretty interesting and relaxing and you can interact with ducks by grabbing them. Overall pretty cool idea to make this from the original game to vr and I like it. :)

Playing Placid Plastic Duck VR is a surprisingly relaxing little retreat, watching and interacting with over a huge amount of different plastic ducks, playing with toys, and generally just letting the silly little quirks of the environment wash over you. The controls are simple: reach out, grab ducks, move them around, toss in a hoop, or just lean back and listen to the calm music. Compared to the non-VR version, the VR aspect adds a level of presence that makes even the smallest things feel funnier: the way a duck bobs right in front of you, or how tossing one feels more tactile, more immediate. I left a good review because I see potential but everything in the game is buggy the teleportation is really unpredictable it can be good, horrible or in-between the physics are VERY buggy especially with tellporting ,when touching a duck (in water) with another duck (in hand) it makes a weird reaction of it kinda colliding but not. Also I can only hold the ducks in one way witch sucks. Also the island has a sign that you can teleport on it and it only works sometimes I put a duck on it and couldn't get it back.

VRを身に付けていなければいけないので放置することが面倒 自由度は本家と同様に高くはないので溜まるまで待っている時間は退屈 発生頻度をいじれたりゲーム内での暇つぶし要素を用意してくれたりしてほしい あと、移動がテレポート式なので細かい移動操作ができないのが大きな不満点 良いポイントは、アヒルを直接持って相性によるアクションを行い易くなったことと、底に沈むタイプのアヒルに干渉できるようになったこと 想像以上にアヒルが大きかったのと自由な視点で観察できることが個人的に1番のアピールポイント

アヒルちゃんが思っていたよりも大きくて感動しました。 勝手に手のひらに収まるようなイメージがあったのですが、周囲の物と比較してみたらわかる話でした。 素敵なサイズ感に思わず抱っこしてよちよちしてしまいましたね。 ゲームを買う前は寝転がって遊ぼうと思っていたのですが、あのプールに一緒に入っている感じだったり、ぷかぷかアヒルちゃんたちが目の前に流れてくるのが良すぎて立って遊んでいます。 適当に近くに来た子を掴んでざぶざぶ沈めてみたり、もう片方のプールに投げてみたりいい感じです。 ぼーっと眺めるだけなら通常版の方が圧倒的に向いていますが、VRヘッドセットをお持ちでPlacid Plastic Duckが好きなら一度は体験して欲しいゲームです。
