PhotoWorld is another asset/template flip from serial copy + paste "developers", Piece of Voxel, who do nothing but rip off the work of others, change a couple of things, then dump the resulting minimal "viable" product on Steam and into cheap nasty game bundles as a cash grab. You might be inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they've run literally dozens of asset flip scams in an attempt to get paid for the work of others, and that's not ethical. In this case it looks like they've ripped off some online/YouTube tutorials for making a hex map in UE4, then added a screenshot mode to make some kind of lame "open world" walking simulator. It's garbage, there isn't even a complete game loop. If this wasn't just an asset flip, it would still be impossible to recommend. An important note: Piece of Voxel are known asset flippers and have previously taken other developers work and put it on Steam in an attempt to scam gamers and get paid for someone else's effort. They're nothing but cash grabs, and they harm genuine indie developers by reducing their visibility on Steam. Because this game has all the same low quality as an asset flip, as well as the other problems with it, it's impossible to recommend.
