Updates are regressing the gameplay. Used to love this game.

Игра крайне интересная, думал сначала ставить отрицательный отзыв потому что трудно понять что нужно делать, а потом крайне быстро затянула. Наверное самый лучший проект в таком жанре, так еще и обновы постоянно новые выходят.

The update is such a downgrade that I'm shocked they haven't straight up rolled it back.

garbage game from garbage devs, now featuring garbage ai it's not because you can have a good laugh on a game that it makes the game good, the gameplay loop is and always has been boring never getting changed, and no the new ghosts don't improve it, it's still the same few evidences not gonna go deep in details about the whole roadmaps not being fulfilled and the countless horror 2.0 delays that is still happening like 4 years later its announcement as well as the recent updates breaking ♥♥♥♥, there's already plenty of people covering that still almost every community post coming on steam are advertising for their merch, gotta keep on milking the blind sheeps just play better games that actually deserve it and cares for the community like REPO or something, you won't be sitting 5 minutes in a room waiting for something to happen there, and for cheaper too be more critical of the games you play instead of rewarding lazy scums.

Game was good but they kept doing the exact opposite of what the community wanted and then released an update that made the game 10 times worse.

PC Player Here. Ever since they overhauled the game it has become unplayable and every time they "Fix it" they break it more. loading into maps Audio keeps breaking now and then where i can hear others but they cannot hear me so rather than the emersion we end up just going in Discord voice. Equipment bugs where i sometimes cannot see what other players in same map are placing or dropping, such as EMF and Crucifixes and even the clipboards in lobby. Ghost being in different locations when doing ghost event for players even in same map/room (I.e one player saw it in middle of room and another was seeing it in corner of room when playing same map together) Video Camera showing different angles to different players(three of us saw it on stand as normal, one saw Camera angle as if it was lying on ground having been knocked over) Summoning Circle seems to be broken as no one could light the final candle despite high sanity and it not having even been used yet during the game. Overall i loved Phasmophobia, the old Phasmophobia. but the game is now broken and i would rather they revert it back and just add new maps now and then rather than overhaul the old ones and entire game as it's running the risk of no longer being the Game i paid for that i had fun with friends on. So right now with this game i do not recommend it as it is right now.

Game is genuinely near unplayable. Everything is bugged out to oblivion, character models are ugly, everything that made phasmophobia special is gone. went from being one of my favorite games of all time to being an easy 2/10. everything feels un natural and crappy,
