I have completed the entire game once. At first, I did not enjoy the combat of the game, since it is real-time and fast paced compared to the usual turn-based combat of Persona games. Later on, however, it has really grown on me. I have bought all the DLC and I did not see them make much of a difference, but that may be because I do not know how gameplay without them looks like. The story, even though the game was released in 2020, is extremely relevant today, and I feel like that is the biggest strength of the game. The main plot being about [spoiler] people relying on AI too much [/spoiler] feels almost as if the writers predicted the future. The ending really moved me, too. The new characters, being [spoiler] Sophia and Zenkichi [/spoiler], had a lot of plot relevance, but did not completely overshadow the original Persona 5 cast. I give this game a [b] 10/10 [/b], because I have no complaints about it. When buying the game, however, I would keep the unique combat style in mind before deciding.
