great game
I completed the game on the true ending (if the text is to be believed) and I'd like to share my thoughts. I really, REALLY liked the game from a visual standpoint — I spent the first 20 minutes just enjoying the assets and the overall look, IT'S BEAUTIFUL!! I liked the story — even though I'm not that well-versed, it pulled me in, and I enjoyed the atmosphere, though I feel it falls slightly short in terms of depth compared to OneShot. But I'd like to nitpick a few small details, like the somewhat questionable handling of the player's introduction into the story — I would've stretched out the introduction a bit more, easing into Lacey's problem, rather than having almost every line blurt out "she's a witch," especially noticeable in the café scene, where practically everyone in the whole place shouts about "how awful Lacey is." I kept thinking it was just Lacey's own prejudice, that she was imagining everyone talking about her like that. Also, design-wise — while I really liked Lacey's character design (and come on, I'd totally dress like that if I had the money) — she honestly doesn't look like someone who stays home all the time, to the point where even a single outing for her brother is met with such enthusiasm and almost goofy behavior — I don't know how to describe it. Speaking of the brother — I found some questionable similarities to Mari and Omori from the game of the same name, just as if they'd been swapped, and the main Hikane was given the ability to speak. Anyway, to keep it short — I would've liked a smoother introduction to the heroine's main problem, which could be achieved by adding more dialogue but reducing the weight of what each line conveys. All in all, that's probably everything I wanted to say. Thanks for giving me the chance to play the first part — I'll definitely be waiting for the sequel, and I wish you good luck with development and a great fanbase.
美味啊美味,也是狠狠期待上后续作品了
