Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.86/day in the week to Aug 25 → 4.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
In childhood parents told you that you would become a janitor in future, but you did not live up to their expectations and became a top manager? Even if not, in this game you will be able to play the role of utility worker.
Carry out various assignments from utility services, get money for it and enjoy the atmosphere of the Siberian city. Your task is to save up for a ticket to leave the city and start a new life.
You enter the endless open world of the city of panel houses. It consists a lot of procedurally generated objects: roads, houses, playgrounds, garages, schools and other structures. The main feature of the Sibreain city are panel houses, uniquely generated both outside and inside. No house is like any other.
In Panelki you can interact with snow. Dig snowdrifts in the entrances, cars, clean the roofs of houses or just build a giant snow tower. With the help of different shovels you will be able to dig more and more snow.
The Panelki world has dynamic weather and day/night cycle. Full immersion in weather conditions: from a heavy blizzard at night to a quiet snowfall at noon. If you stay in the cold for a long time, the player starts to freeze. You can warm up in the indoors.
Come into the basement. There you will find useful items such as shovels, intercom keys, light bulbs, snowman carrots, a flashlight, or other things. You can turn on heating in the basements.
In Panelki you can stop anytime and anywhere, turn on the camera and capture the harsh view of the Siberian city. Due to a lot of image settings, you can give the picture any mood. You will also need a camera in the game: if you have completed all the actions in the house, you can take a photo of it from the outside and get some in-game money for the picture.
Clean the entrances, screw in light bulbs, erase graffiti, play snowballs with a friend! The main thing is not to lose sight of each other.

[2/10]
[FR]
Panelki is a game where you play as a man who wants to leave the place he's in, and to do so, he needs to earn 50,000 rubs
to buy a plane ticket and leave
. To achieve this, we receive a message describing our job so we can start working and earning our rubs. To be honest, the game is nice in a way: the simulation aspect where you play as a maintenance worker who has to shovel snow and clean apartment blocks is super cool. Except that in this kind of game and atmosphere, you expect some lore, a minimum of information about the character, the location you're in, or whatever... Except no, we never get a single piece of information about any of that. I want to make a quick point about the co-op mode: don't buy the game for this, you'll be disappointed. It says you can play up to 4 players, except that's a lie, it's up to 2 and achievements are disabled in co-op. Absolutely pointless. So the game is just a bug-filled simulation of a maintenance worker in Russia, where you never feel like you're making progress. You just end up repeating the same tasks on a loop for hours with no real reward.
As for 100%ing the game (getting all Steam achievements), it's an absolute nightmare, especially for 6 of them.
2 achievements can be done by BUYING the DLC. To 100% the game, you HAVE TO buy the game twice because, on top of that, the DLC costs the same price as the base game, all for it to be finished in 30 minutes achievement-wise. This DLC changes your job from maintenance worker to parcel delivery driver with a time limit for deliveries. It's nice on paper but horrible in practice, because you have to endlessly look for a station that gives out parcels (you can only take one per station). The DLC basically comes down to walking 80% of the time to find a station, and 20% of the time delivering a parcel to the other side of wherever you are. 1 achievement boils down to earning double what you need to finish the game. It has no point and unlocks nothing, it's just playing the game longer for no reason. This ties into another achievement which is "Play the game for 1 month (in-game time)". You'll have finished the game long before this achievement pops; so to 100% the game, you'll have to just stand around AFK doing nothing, simply because it takes forever, once again for no reason. 1 other achievement comes down to doing the game's alternate ending: you just spent 5 hours earning 50,000 rubs, and you have to do it all over again to get the second ending (keeping in mind you'll have to reach 100,000 at some point). Pure hell. Then, saving the best for last, the worst achievement in the game which is just absolutely pointless: walking 10,000 meters from the spawn. It's an achievement that will take you on average 1 hour of gameplay just running in one direction. Great, as if the achievements weren't unbearable enough already, they had to add a dreadful one. In conclusion, the game is a simulation that could have been really nice, but ends up being a very tedious ordeal, with no real objective or reward. I do not recommend it.
