This is a fun game which I would recommend. The power ups are pretty good and the game has many skins to choose from. It's runs with no issues due to being a port of a mobile game, unlike the mobile version though it costs money. If you want a better deal then you should buy Pac-Man Museum +

Very satisfying game to play, though I hate when the ghosts just trap me in one place.

It's Been Free On Android For Years But Here You Get Acheivements And Multiplayer And The Paid Content Automatically, So It's A Fair Deal.
