Pretty bad actually. There's not much content in the game. When boss appears it will probably annihilate your progress. Not recommended.
Do NOT buy this game, while the game itself is somewhat fun it will attempt to redirect you to a 'Super Secret Fan Club' off the game that installs malware. This 'game' is just malware in disguise. Highly suggest anyone who has played this game to get their PC full-scanned and a refund.
This game is the biggest piece of diarrhea ♥♥♥♥ ass buttsuck ♥♥♥♥ piece of garbage ever. This game somehow manages to be even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ than the binding of isaac courtesy of edmund mcmilgen. In the piece of lava diarrhea dog dump game known as Overture there are a vast selection of over 24 classes to chose from, and they all ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ suck so much ♥♥♥♥ they're even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ suck more ♥♥♥♥ than ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ ass fart octopus ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ suck ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ piss ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ suck ♥♥♥♥. There are bosses: Big Slime, Big Skeleton, Big ♥♥♥♥♥♥, Big ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ idiot moron. They have a move where they spawn a meteor and kill you. In this game you load in to the game to suck a big fat ♥♥♥♥. For some reason this game has music that's way higher caliber than the game. I'm really bored right now so I'm just loading into the game to hear the music, realize the game is the most disgraceful piece of ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ suck ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥, close the game, and repeat. This game really doesn't deserve this music and I have no idea how they got someone to compose a whole score for this ♥♥♥♥ ass game unless it was at gunpoint which it most definitely was. The only music this game deserves are 900-decibel diarrhea farts that make your ears bleed blaring extremely loudly into your headphones. This is quite definitely the worst game ever and if you play it you'll become a lobotomite like me, so run for the hills and never look back BEWARE

Kind of a neat bullet heaven game, but there's way too much going on at all times. Can hardly tell what's happening because most of the screen is covered.
I'm assuming this was someone's first real game project. It's cute in that scope, but definitely not a fleshed out game. The ROTMG inspiration is clear but it lacks the same visual clarity of that game. None of the class abilities are explained either, so you have to do a lot of guessing. It seems there's a progression system of sorts, but it looks to be way too far out, you'd have to play a good 80 odd games before you hit the point where you can start unlocking upgrades. The game is too same-y for that to be on the cards. The elements for a good game are there, just need a better game designer.
Sometimes I just enjoy an impossible twin-stick shooter than can kick my ass fast, and that's Overture. Too much grind to be considered an enjoyable roguelike, but I think the classes and the challenge can keep you going. Or not. That's ok, too, we all have skill issues.

This game feels like a good deal at 5$ until you actually play it and realize that you should be payed to play it instead. I've beaten this game on a small number of characters and throughout my time farming those few wins there's always been ridiculous game breaking bugs that needed fixing, I wouldn't be surprised if the one I found last before quitting still exists in the game today. The difficulty scaling in this game feels unfair and it's easily one of the most disappointing titles I've played, ever. The depth to the stats on your gear and the "choices" you can make in this game is amazingly shallow. It goes from this illusion that you might actually be able to make yourself a powerful build to realizing that if your gear is a certain level of suck, you're going to have a bad time. (Honestly if you play this game, your chances of having a bad time are pretty high) The only time you might feel "OP" in this game is on the first floor if you get lucky with your first tiers of loot. After that it quickly turns into something that feels like an ugly uphill struggle where the game doesn't evolve or change literally at all outside of more "♥♥♥♥ you" factors AND you'll be praying for decent gear that matches the floor you're on so you die SLIGHTLY less quickly! Hooray~! (Basically, gear isn't fun, literally at all - almost feels like a detriment of a system than anything because if your gear sucks then you suck additionally hard, rather than the other way around.) Honestly ... the victory screen is hilarious considering how little effort went into anything outside of this game's core "loop", and even that is lacking. Also most characters suck horribly and few of them feel as though they truly have a chance to make their way to the end of the game. Furthermore, upgrading characters is tedious, boring, unrewarding and starts to feel like an MMO grind but without any palpable feeling changes to your characters. Shout out to the developer for wiping our progress with a patch at some point down the road. I remember I had quite a lot of progress on the very FEW characters I even enjoyed attempting my way through this nothing burger of a game and then see the game patched one day, causing some excitement and oh ... never mind, I lost all my progress! And I really don't want to hear some ♥♥♥♥ about "just edit your characters" and further destroy what sliver of progression and immersion that exists in this game. Also the sound track outside of the game sounds horrible? I'm no audio expert but even I can clearly tell that something sounds off on most if not all of the tracks when I tried listening to them on media players outside of the game. It literally hurt my brain and ears trying to listen to it and ultimately was quite disappointing because I honestly did like some of those tracks.

Overture is a fun little game that’s easy to pick up and surprisingly addictive once you get going. Simple, enjoyable, and definitely worth giving a shot.
