About
Pick trumps, follow suit, take control, and win enough tricks to make your bid. Overtrick is a trick-taking deckbuilder based on Bridge, and similar to card games like Hearts, Spades, or Euchre. Each hand, you’ll have to win more and more tricks to advance. But you’ll also acquire special abilities to help you along the way.
Take control and win every trick of every hand, by building up an unstoppable deck of special abilities, including:
HONOR CODE. Control the flow of the game by forcing your opponents to play face cards.
TREASURE HOARDER. Hoard diamonds to trigger trick bonuses.
BRIDGE OVERLORD. Confound your opponents by forcing them to give you their highest card.
Earn additional rewards for every overtrick you make above your contract, and acquire even stronger abilities.
In the gilded penthouses of the Roaring 20s, cardplay separates the elite from the out-of-luck. Dazzle high society with your incredible trick-taking. But don’t get carried away! Your opponents are set on winning at all costs, and have a few special abilities of their own.
This isn’t your grandma’s Bridge club… this is Overtrick!

Very fun and addicting game. I love the variety of abilities and special cards that keep the game interesting and gives it tons of replay value. There are so many different strategies to explore.
Super satisfying stacking abilities in this game, and a couple different layers of strategy, which I love! Getting multipliers to add up is extremely gratifying. Definitely recommend.

A fun take on the card-game roguelike! Having gone through the first set of opponents, it moves quickly and the mechanics are easy to understand. I can see how it will get more challenging and chaotic as you and opponents stack abilities. Great for quick runs during downtime.
O jogo é basicamente o pai do Truco.
I've been playing Overtrick since the demo and it's a lovely deck building roguelike modeled after trick taking card games like Bridge. There's a lot of depth to the synergies of various special abilities and clearly a lot of care went into the details. I'd highly recommend it!
The interactions feel smooth and responsive during gameplay. Of course, the theming itself is a major draw, representing an aesthetic that's quite heavily underrepresented IMO. Easy to hop in and out of as well.
It's fun and it has great style. I wish there was a little more complexity to it.
A bid whist deck builder? I was all in on that alone. at first, I didnt like the music but it grew on me. reminds me of the music in the game "Chess Master" on the NES. It has some ruff spot (like earning money) but it helps the runs have necessary tension.. overall good
All the fun of playing bridge with a powerful hand without the tedium of having to wait for a decent hand (or having to win the bidding). As the combos from special abilities stack up, you do have to start sacrificing "correct" bridge play in order to score more points, but the satisfaction of seeing those massive numbers is worth it!
