About
We've reported the game for 2016, which now runs at 60 FPS, includes higher resolution textures, better quality cut-scenes, improved audio, higher poly models, numerous fixes and improvements, and trading cards, badges, emotes and backgrounds!
Players guide Mudokon champion Abe, and his aquatic Gabbit partner Munch, in Oddworld's third adventure, using special psychic powers, cool power-ups, and other special abilities to deliver payback as they reclaim the last gabbit eggs on Oddworld, which have been packaged in a can of gabbiar.
Play as a team - players use Munch and Abe cooperatively to make their way through the trials of Oddworld. Leverage both characters' unique strengths:
Abe- Abe can climb and jump to reach new areas, and then run to escape from dangerous enemies. When all else fails, chant to take control of the enemy's soul, and use their guns to clear a path to safety.
Munch - Munch can swim around the new realms of Oddworld. When on the ground, zip along with a wheelchair power up. Need to move some yapping Slogs out of the way? Just use Munch's nifty remote control head port to fire up the crane and drop those Sloggies in their pen.
Special psychic powers - Munch and Abe's psychic powers can extend their reach and get others to do the dirty work:
As Abe - Let Abe's chant roar to take possession of a gun-toting Big Bro Slig and clear almost anything out of the way. Abe can use spooce or spiritual power gained byharvesting SpooceShrubs to posses other creatures as well, but why think small?
As Munch - If Abe can't mesmerize someone into getting the job done, Munch can use his handy remote control head port to hijack nearby machines including cranes, and 50-caliber Anesthesia bots to tackle the really tough obstacles.
Power-Ups – Every friendly character you can find becomes a fighting ally, Fuzzles, Mudokons…. Need to get somewhere quickly or get over a wall, like right now? Use Oddworld's consumer power-ups like Expresso and Bounce to amp up Munch and Abe's abilities to perform cool moves. For the more direct approach, possess high-caliber weapon toting enemies.
Oddworld, now in "new and improved 3D!" - it's a whole new Oddworld, with lush rivers, towering mountains and hundreds of trees that bloom or die.
Interact with dozens of different oddball races - use GameSpeak® to get Oddworld's Inhabitants from the heavily armed Big Bro Sligs to the cute but ferocious Fuzzles) to carry out tricky tasks or just beat the crap out of enemies.
"Frustration Free" gaming - Oddworld's new intelligent cinematic camera, auto-targeting system and no-stick navigation system makes playing a breeze! Plus with easy
QuikSave® and limitless lives, players have plenty of chances to take on any situation…
no matter how Odd!

Je retrouve le jeux de mon enfance
One of the best games from my childhood <3 Camera movements aside, I think it's still a good game even after all this years.
Nostalgia hits !
Funny wheelchair fish game good.

I have sympathy for this underdog of the classic range. The first ever Oddworld game in 3D. Now, i'm not nostalgia-blinded. I know the environments are recycled. I know the story has problems. I know it's more for kids and things aren't as gritty, but it's still classic Oddworld. Abe seemns older and more battle-hardened. Much is competent, even if the sounds they gave him aren't perfect. Speaking of sound. Yes, there are some sound bugs in this. A creator named Dee Dyne did make a fix. I believe he's still on Discord. It's been a while since I got that patch. (sorty if this is useless, I just know he's proud of it and that it did help with my recent playthroughs). The visuals, i've seen people get mad at. Guys, it was 2001, and they had never done RealTime. They were designing for X-BOX. A whole different system to the PS1. It was gonna look rough, especially in the modern day. My biggest issue with it, is that the story is so seperate from the prior two games., Yes, it was technichally meant to be Game 2, with Exoddus being an expansion to Oddysee, but it feels a bit too seperate. Abe and the Sligs are just sort of there, with the Vykkers being more of a presence. At least, as characters. There are plenty of Sligs to gun down with their brand new laser guns. Oh, yes. Sligs have got lasers now, as do the Mudokons. The Muds even have their own Zapper defenses. On that point, why in the name of Mudos did they remove the ability to take out chant supressors? They have zero collision. That was a major point in the first two games. Take out an orb or drone, then possess a Slig to complete a puzzle, or clear the path. Sure, levels like Stockyard Escape didn't allow it, but it meant you had to get crafty. It shifted the gameplay from Rupture 1, where you could use grenades on them and tear your way through. Here, it just feels like they exist. The Zappers aren't much better. The first lot just reset Sligs back to their spawn points, while the next lot only do something if you lure Sligs in. Not too bad, if you didn't already clear your path througth most of them to activate them. Great idea in concept, not so good in execution. Also, I love the regrowing land mines. Weird choice with no context, but it's so odd that I can't hate it. I think that sums up this game. The end goal is amicable and very strong, but the tasks to get there paint our heroes as kinda evil. Needs must, i suppose. I won't lie to you though, the Golden Quarma ending still tears me up. It feels like you really did the absolute best thing, and are rewarded aptly. The bad ending...uhhh, well, let's just say it's the direct inverse of that. Look, some hate the dumbed down story of this game, and I can see its shortcomings, but once you've played the GBA version, you'll get a new appreciation for this version. That's a promise. I do still recommend it, guys. Yeah, the achievements are broken, but that's not the game's fault. Take the game as a time capsule, back to an experiment that walked, so that Stranger could run.
Rman Studio approves of this but issue is that they wont make sequal to it!
