Majorly misleading information by Ubisoft. The 'Family Library' functionality (as such this game is classified in the Steam store at the moment of writing) simply does not work, because family members who try to boot the game receive a Ubisoft Connect error notification which states that the ownership cannot be verified (or something like this). So, sharing with family members with the aim to let them PLAY the game, simply does not work. After experiencing this frusfration/deception (and 2 disappointed kids...), I searched on internet about this, and find out that this Ubisoft scam applies to several Ubisoft games (not only this one), already since 2023, but probably earlier. Just another scam of a fundamentally (ev)ill company... If someone has a workaround to let family members still play this game, please inform me about it
