Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

First saw this in GearVR years ago and loved it, but it initially didn't work with WMR headsets in SteamVR, but that's fixed now. Now it works great, and its and awesome experience.

Fun little VR experience, worth it for the price. Has different "exhibits" centered around different sea creatures. Can quickly turn into a horror game if you leave the cage during the great white exhibit though. Also in the mosasaur exhibit, where you do not get a cage. Other than that, it's a chill mellow time. The dinosaur exhibits are quite cool too if you go and look around, there's more to it than just the title animal, plenty of bonus prehistoric sea creatures to discover. I've also heard rumors that there's a megalodon in one of them, but have never been able to find it.
Ocean Rift is a great little game.... well... experience is more the word. It's more than The Blu in that you DO get to move. You get to swim around using your controllers as propellers to get you through the water. You can also go up to animals and interact with them to learn animal facts. Is this a game that you are gonna get a ton of time out of? Probably not.... unless you are one of two people. Someone who feels at home in the ocean and/or loves ocean life, or you are a kid. I enjoy the game because swimming around and getting up close to animals I think are amazing but will probably never get to see in person is worth the $10 for me. I really wish there were more games like this. Where I can just relax and hang out with some animals after a hard or stressful day. It's very zen. I can just sit on my couch, swim with some orcas, and breathe. My kid (who is 9) loves the game because he loves animals and loves to learn about them. My son has never seen the ocean. The first game I ever let him play was The Blu and my kid was in awe. He is with this game as well. In fact as I am typing this he is in the game and I can hear him reading animal facts out loud. The other good thing is that since there is no gameplay. Just swimming with animals and learning about them. It makes it perfect for the restrictions I have on VR for my kid. He's only allowed to play a couple times a week and only for an hour at a time before he has to take a break and then at most he might get an additional hour later in the day. This is something he can easily pick up and put down, and the controls are simple so the fact that he can't quite hit all the buttons doesn't hinder his experience. There's also a nice pick of animals here. Both alive today and extinct (my son loves the prehistoric reptiles which... shout out to the devs the fact you corrected your about game section after saying dinosaur gave me a chuckle as my kid will quickly correct anyone who calls them dinosaurs). So is this game for you? If you are looking to "play a game" no. If you are looking for a relaxing chill experience or an educational experience then yes. The graphics are old but not bad. I think they hold up decently. The sound design is pretty good as well. For $10 honestly I don't think you'll be disappointed if you land in the groups of people I mentioned. Have you seen how expensive some VR games are now? So dive in, learn a little, and swim with some turtles <3 edit: Btw if you are playing on a quest 2, the 3 line button does not open the menu like it will say in the game. It's Y. You're welcome. good game and all but a few complaints if your playing on a valve index 1 you cant turn so you cant play this on a couch like how you can when playing this on quest (witch is dumb cuz quest does not have a cord so you can stand up and a index has a cord so its hard to stand with it) 2 some animals are just GONE the option for the blue whale ISN'T EVEN THERE please help cuz i liked seeing the blue whale on the quest and i wanna see it in index and 3 there is no radar no mater what i do there is no radar please help me with this
This is such a beautiful game.. but I REFUSE to go to the depths because I may literally ♥♥♥♥ myself

There isn't much replay value here, but I still believe its worth the buy to explore, especially for the kiddos. You pick a sea creature and you load into their area. You can interact with some creatures, but not much. Still, I recommend trying it out if you're on the fence. You can always refund it if you don't like it!
