Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

About
The year is 2084. The future has turned out much darker than anyone could imagine. First, there was the Nanophage. A digital plague that killed thousands upon thousands of those who chose to augment their minds and bodies. Then came the War, leaving both the West and the East decimated and shattered. With no one left to seize power, corporations took over and forged their own crooked empires.
You are an Observer – a tool of corporate oppression. Feared and despised, you hack into the darkest corners of your suspects’ minds. You creep into their dreams, expose their fears, and extract whatever your investigation may require.
In this sci-fi tale crafted by Bloober Team – the modern‑day masters of horror, prepare to experience a dystopian future where not even your innermost thoughts are safe.
Become a Neural Detective – You play as Daniel Lazarski, an elite investigator of the future portrayed by late cyberpunk icon Rutger Hauer. As an Observer, you hack into the minds of suspects to extract clues and evidence. Anything they felt, thought, or remembered can and will be used to solve your case.
Eat Their Dreams – Using a device known as the Dream Eater, hack into the minds of the dead and dying to relive their final moments to explore their fears and obsessions. Delve into these twisted neural mazes and search for clues that can help you find the elusive killer.
Take in the Atmosphere of 2084 – Enter a world ravaged by war and cyber-plague, where life is cheap and hope is scarce. Where most people will do anything to escape their grim existence. Virtual realities, mind-altering drugs, neural implants - pick your poison and drift away into a blissful oblivion. But remember, no matter how deep you go, you can never hide from an Observer.

13 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Aug 25: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game offers an amazing story about an ideal afterlife. The combining cyberpunk theme with the story provides amazing scenery and great gameplay. The mechanics are incredibly well-crafted, especially when hacking into the minds of others. As you progress, the stories you uncover are deeply complex. You get to discover the darkest fears of those who chose isolation, adding a profound layer of psychological horror to the experience. To top it all off, the story concludes with an incredible plot twist that leaves a lasting impression. It's a must-play for any cyberpunk and thriller fan!

You know, I don't know. I wish Steam had the in between yes and no for games like this. It's been a moment since I finished it and I still think about it. I think this game has a very niche audience that will absolutely love it. And a group of people that will absolutely hate it. This isn't a cyberpunk detective story the trailer makes it to be, it's more of a walk through a fever dream of puzzles and weird imagery that will stick with you while entangling the main story. Some of it is slightly disturbing, it has that eerie/uneasy feeling throughout like something is gonna come at you any second. There's some jumpscares and nauseating sequences although it's not exactly a horror game. Visually it can be beautiful but also not easy to look at due to strobing lights and effects. But I think it's very artistic above all of that, so if you like that in games, this oddball might itch that scratch, it's definitely a unique experience.
Really enjoyed this one. The puzzles are wonderfully designed, some are annoying to deal with and to find a solution but a small challenger is welcomed. The game could use a little more colour and lighting effects. RIP Rutger Hauer
优秀的游戏,美术风格独特,恐怖元素引人入胜。但是好晕……为数不多让我3D眩晕的游戏。
