This is an insane game made by insane Finns for insane people. A hermetic text of a video game full of arcane knowledge, actual bits of hermetic texts, and terrible horrors, worldshattering triumphs and bright flashes of frustration, confusion, and amusement. Even if you know what you must do, accomplishing it is another matter entirely. Do you like fun dungeon crawlers where you start out fairly weak and slowly accumulate the means to immense power? It's got it. Oh boy does it have it. Any limit you think holds you back can be broken or bypassed with the right tools. Experiment with your wands and spells in Holy Mountains to find fun and nasty combinations to kill your enemies, dig through the world, or zap around at supersonic speeds. Are you okay with punishing deaths that send you tumbling back to the start again? It's got it. When familiarizing yourself with this game, you WILL die. You will burn to death, melt in acid, drown in toxic sludge, get shot, explode, explode yourself, get electrocuted, bitten to death by Hämis, frozen. The list goes on. Sometimes you will die suddenly in ways you barely comprehend, often by your own hand. Do you like utterly breaking a game after it breaking you hundreds of times? It's got it.
