About
Nocturnal is an action game where you play as Ardeshir, a soldier of the Enduring Flame, returning to his homeland, Nahran, after many years of absence.
Following the appearance of a mysterious Mist, the island has recently fallen into chaos, and Ardeshir must wield his flaming sword and use powerful abilities to confront its mysteries and free Nahran.
Repel a dynamically generated Mist that reacts to the flames of your sword.
Carry your flames across Nahran: your blade can also ignite the environment, activate mechanisms, and even destroy creatures born from the Mist.
Defeat enemies and explore the environment to collect ash, which can be offered to Phoenix statues. You'll gain new skills and bonuses vital for your survival.

Good game. Only con is the overall length is way too low. Everything else about this game is great. Cannot wait for Nocturnal 2!
это 2D экшен-платформер, который проходят за 3 часа. Но эти 3 часа ты не просто бегаешь ты учишься управлять огнём. красивая игра, с интересными механиками, связанные с огнём которым ты сжигаешь тьму. Есть дерево навыков, а соответственно персонаж развивается, и тебе не надоедают механики.

La mécanique du feu est très intéressante et bien intégrée à l'histoire. Le gameplay est très plaisant et les visuels sont magnifiques. Je me suis découvert une passion pour la pyromanie. J'ai peut-être brûlé beaucoup d'éléments de décor xD Sinon, point négatif : le prix. 17€ pour 3-4h de jeu est à mon avis trop. Je suis quand même curieux de ce que va donner le 2e jeu.
Bu oyunu ücretsiz vermişlerdi. Grafikler, tekrarlayan mapler, çevre tasarımlarının yetersizliği gibi eksiklikler oyunu mobil oyun gibi hissettiriyor. Onun dışında çok daha detaylandırılabilecek bir hikayesi olabilirdi sanki prologue da kalmış gibi oyun. Bu türdeki rakiplerine kıyasla çooook çok geride Yine de iki oturuşta bitirebilirsiniz. Bence gelişime açık ve fena sayılmaz, oynarken eğlendim ve sıkılmadım.

Really great albeit short game. The atmosphere and core mechanic is really awesome, and the combat system is pretty fun. Can't wait for the sequel, which from what I understand is going to be a massive expansion on this one since it's going to be a proper metroidvania.
