No Man's Sky

Game simply refuses to launch, despite all fixes I could find online. Between restarting windows audio services, reinstalling, verifying, deleting specific little files, reinstalling drivers, disabling integrated graphics, every single little thing I could try. The game boots to a white screen, and immediately crashes. This is a game from 2016, I can't reasonably believe a pc from 2020 is incapable of running it. Disappointing

Honestaly, this review might be a little biased because Im one of the few people who LOVED the game ON RELEASE! Yeah it wasn't perfect, but me and a few other people actually saw the POTENTIAL in the game and that's why we loved it even when it was far from perfect. And look how the turn tables. The game is in an AMAZING state right now, it recieved all of the promised updates and more, completely for free (no DLCs or anything). The game itself is absolutely gorgeous and amazing, everything looks very beautiful and lush, ship customisation is very nice, there are a LOT of ship types and variations, base building is very satisfying, land vehicles are very fun to drive and there are a few different types. All in all it's a very, very fun sandbox.

As everyone will say the game is slow in the first few hours, once you finish those hours it becomes insanely fun.
