Had the possibility of being an amazing 40k game but it looks awful, animations are sub-par and is mostly just a Doom clone. You really really have to like 40k to enjoy this mess, just buy Doom 2 on sale for $1

Necromunda: Hired Gun – Rasanter Shooter mit Ecken und Kanten "Necromunda: Hired Gun" verspricht schnelles, actiongeladenes Gameplay in der düsteren Welt des Warhammer-40K-Universums. Und tatsächlich liefert das Spiel rasante Kämpfe, parkourartige Bewegungen und einen treuen Cyber-Mastiff als Begleiter, der das Gameplay bereichert. Die Waffenvielfalt und das schnelle Movement erinnern an moderne Arena-Shooter und sorgen für spaßige Feuergefechte. Besonders für Fans von Warhammer 40K ist die düstere, detaillierte Welt von Necromunda ein echtes Highlight. Leider wird der Spielspaß durch einige technische Probleme, ungeschliffene Animationen und schwache KI etwas getrübt. Die Story bleibt zudem eher oberflächlich, was die Motivation außerhalb der Kämpfe etwas dämpft. Wer über diese Mängel hinwegsehen kann, bekommt jedoch einen soliden, wenn auch nicht perfekten Shooter, der vor allem mit seinem schnellen Gameplay punktet. ⭐ 3/5 – Guter Ansatz, aber etwas mehr Feinschliff hätte nicht geschadet. ⭐

The game is really fun. The battles are fast-paced and there are lots of different enemies (including tough ones) who behave quite intelligently. If you have the options of jumping, the hook and more power over time then it's even more fun. The story is simple but perfectly ok. Very good, different weapons that can be extensively modified.
