More than a century ago, humanity initiated Project N.E.O.N. — the Navigational Expedition for Observable Nothingness.

At the heart of the project was NH-017, an autonomous research station governed by artificial intelligence. It spent seventy-one years crossing interstellar space before reaching Horizon.

What it found there changed the mission forever.

Now, cut off from Earth, NH-017 remotely commands its remaining combat vessels, sending them through hostile space in an attempt to reach Horizon and transmit a warning home.
