promo pop ups there are way too many promo pop ups when u open the app, i’ve been using this app for years and its so annoying and desperate getting hit with 15 different promos before i can start spinning. 1st world probs but just chill out on that

Barely worth using now This app was great for earning chips to put toward real life prices in Vegas and surrounding areas. I’ve been playing it for 6 to 7 years and really loved it up until recently. The total cost to redeem rewards has been steadily increasing and now there are tier levels you have to meet to even redeem certain things which was not a thing before. The newest update has made it take WAY longer to earn reward chips by spinning/playing… loyalty chips are earned at a crawl now compared to 2-3 years ago and tier requirements block you from the best rewards.

Worst Payout, Stupid high minimum bets What a joke. They start off with small bet minimum ($50,000), but as you progress they jump the minimum bets. Currently, mine is at $100,000,000. Yes, one hundred million. The comps and rewards have consistently gone down hill, and are worthless. Have to stand in line at a comp desk, can only use one comp per day at the casino. Used to be a good game, now it’s just a money grab

Fast spin Been playing for more years than I care to admit - several updates ago they increase the speed of the spins, no longer quite as relaxing as it was previously, hard to find an older slot game in app with the slower spin. I play for relaxation, is a great game

Cant connect to servers App has been crashing since updates, my rewards are at 0, everytime i spin it crashes, can’t receive daily rewards

Ridiculous Beta option Game keeps increasing minimum bet, making you have to buy in. Not only unrealistic but terrible value as good prizes no longer an option. Page is cluttered with too much going on & too many annoying sub-quests, often blocking other information. Makes it difficult to find what you’re looking for. Angry that I paid for chip packages because they changed everything I liked.

Not what it used to be I went to Vegas maybe 6 years ago. We’re going again so I reinstalled this app…the rewards are terrible, especially compared to when I used it on our first trip. Disappointed…there used to be bogo offers galore and really good dining rewards. Dang.

Don’t waste your money They take your chips to zero every day and want you to keep buying. Way way too tight. Avoid and find a less greedy game.

To many ads Have played for years. Like the game but way too many’s ads just to open the game. Very frustrating!!!

A once fun app ruined This used to be my favorite app. Would play multiple times daily to earn loyalty points that were redeemable for great rewards like free play and comped rooms. Now it takes billions of chips to earn any loyalty points and all the good rewards have been discontinued. Complete waste of time
