Mr. Prepper is about being prepared. You know something is wrong. The risk of a nuclear war is in the air and you need to get ready for what's coming.

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 14 → 2.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

not very fun.

A solid underground survival builder burdened by clunky micro-management and pacing issues (6.5/10) I finished the game and escaped, but my feelings are heavily mixed. The core premise—building a secret bunker under the nose of a paranoid government inspector—is genuinely engaging and fun. However, the game suffers from several design flaws and pacing issues that severely hurt the overall experience. What works well: - Base building & tension: Planning your underground layout, managing power grids, and hiding everything before the inspector knocks at the door creates a great gameplay loop. - Atmosphere: The dystopian prepper vibe and discovery of new areas keep you hooked for the first 15–20 hours. Major issues & annoying mechanics: - Arbitrary trade limits: Traders buy and sell only specific amounts once per day. Need more materials? Wait for the next day. This serves no purpose other than artificially stretching playtime. - Tedious mine logistics: Constantly manually hauling ore back and forth from the lower levels feels like mindless courier work rather than good logistical management. - Useless resource sinks: Level 6 of the Forest costs an absurd amount of high-tier electronics to repair—comparable to the rocket itself—only to turn out to be a repetitive, endless farming loop with zero narrative payoff. - DLC bloat & early-game overwhelm: The Animal Farm DLC (and other side quests) floods your quest log right from the start. Instead of enriching the mid-game, it distracts with sluggish mechanics: a boring fishing minigame and an unnecessarily tedious corn maze. - Missable core progression: Be careful with the escape plan blueprint at the start—if you miss the prompt to flip it over, you can accidentally play through the entire game without the ability to upgrade rooms (which turns the run into an unintentional nightmare). - Optimization: Surprisingly for a game of this visual scope, it struggled to hold a locked 144 FPS, floating around 125–140 FPS instead (specs attached). - Zero replay value: Once the rocket launches, there is virtually no reason to start a second playthrough. - Lack of Ukrainian localization: It's disappointing not to see Ukrainian language support, especially given that the text volume is quite manageable for an indie game of this scale. Verdict: Play the base game if you enjoy micromanagement and base builders, but consider disabling DLCs for your first run to avoid quest bloat. It is a decent one-time experience, but be prepared to fight clunky systems along the way.
The game is good for a $3 game. DEFINITELY NOT a $20 game. I got a few days out of it. I wish there was more bunker building dynamics. I finished the game with 1 level which housed everything I needed.
