This is a rogue-like top-down shooter where you control a spaceship that is sent out to explore the caves on the Moon. Once you enter the caves, you find out that there are enemies. It is up to you to survive against them while also trying to find the path down to the next level of the caves.

Don't let its simple graphics fool you; Moon Caves is an insanely addictive, RPG-rogue-like adventure game that may seem shallow on the surface, but has incredible replay value. This is all thanks to the randomly generated atmospheric level design which is combined with an ambient and gorgeous OST. The game's difficulty may seem unfair at times, but it is balanced out by the countless power-ups that the player is capable of obtaining. The game is relatively short (can be beat in less than an hour if the player knows what they're doing) but once the game is beat once, there is still more. Whether it's the tense and addicitve speedrun mode or the endless mode which will keep you lost in the Moon Caves for hours on end. In conclusion, after working on testing and recently playing Moon Caves on Steam from start to finish, I believe it is well worth the small fee needed to play it. I am excited to see where the RPRO developer(s) will take the idea next and how they'll choose to expand such a marvelously addictive idea! 9.5/10

This was a really fun, classic, arcade style shooter in space. I loved the voice acting and the soundtrack. The level design was fun and unique in that it's not always obvious where to go, and I loved the variety of enemies increasing as you progress. If you can spare the $5, it's worth buying :)
