Pop ups are out of hand There are WAY to many pop ups. I’ve played this game a long time ago. I uninstalled it eventually, but had just recently downloaded it again. When I went to open the app I was just overwhelmed by a ton of pop ups. I could not even press the “GO” button, or any buttons (besides what the pop ups gave me) for a good 3 mins! If not longer 😭 then I finally press the “GO” button to play, and then a bunch More pop ups came up again. No wonder I deleted this game. I just wanted to play some online Monopoly.

They will suspend your account and not tell you why! I only play this because my wife likes it and it’s a way we can connect. She’s spent hundred of dollars on the app and they just suspend her account and won’t say why. After hours chatting with them the agent finally said they aren’t allowed to disclose why she was banned. This is stealing, flat out. This is illegal and they should be sued. Don’t get hooked on this game, don’t download and definitely don’t spend any money.

Pay To Win EDIT: you have intentionally reduced rewards for things, and altered free rewards TOO MUCH. Never spending another cent on your game. Not WORTH IT since it’s still BADLY RNG BASED GAMING. your GARBAGE CONTENT has leaned MULTIPLE times towards being a MINIMUM of 100 points LESS than away from a goal. People paying hundreds of dollars in to this game to get the rewards while also you guys TAKING AWAY rewards from people or making them exceedingly harder to achieve in the first place without paying for them is making this game complete and utter 🫏

Awful customer service I am extremely disappointed with the customer service from MONOPOLY GO! I attempted to exchange stickers with another player in good faith, and that player took my stickers without holding up their end of the exchange. I contacted customer support expecting actual assistance. Instead, I was initially told to “be more careful.” After pushing the issue, I was told they are investigating the other player, but they cannot discuss investigations with me. That’s fine—but what exactly does that do for me? I’m the player who lost the stickers, yet nothing was offered to replace what I lost or make the situation right. An investigation that I’ll never hear the outcome of does absolutely nothing to restore my progress in the game. Meanwhile, the person who took my stickers got exactly what they wanted, and I’m left with the loss and advice to “be more careful.” I understand there may be policies regarding investigations and what customer service can disclose. What I don’t understand is why MONOPOLY GO! apparently has no meaningful way to help the player who was actually affected. Players invest significant amounts of time and, in many cases, real money into this game. Customer support should be there to resolve problems, not simply acknowledge them, open an investigation, and leave the affected player empty-handed. I wasn’t asking for confidential information about another player. I was asking MONOPOLY GO! to address what happened to MY account and the stickers I lost. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, I was made to feel like the problem was ultimately my responsibility for trusting another player. That is not customer service, and it has completely changed the way I feel about supporting this game.

Fraud Fraud Fraud The developers here support fraud along with Apple. They advertise through various channels that if you spend money you’ll get money back through various apps. I made purchase through Inboxdollars and was supposed to be credited. Worked the first time for the small amount then the next 2 times got nothing back. Reached out to all parties and was told tough luck. The only reason there’s no solution is because you’re committing fraud. Stay away give no money to these fraudsters. Reporting everyone to AG

Rigged Game only wants you to play as long as they want you to or to bait money, have no way to give back cards if robbed which is a game design so they could fix it and choose not to. Lazy developers that give out poor prizes for nothing
