Monday Meltdown

[h1]super friendly solo-dev and an awesome top-down pvp shooter![/h1] it's fantastic for casual sessions with friends (or bots) for some quick chaotic fun and it's [b]free![/b] which is a crime! very underappreciated game. I last played about two years ago and jumped back in after it came out of early access last Monday, and the core gameplay is already seriously solid and fun. I love the new slide mechanic, guns, maps (including the one without lights -- just wish I'd known the flashlight was a thing earlier lol), plus a lotta other things I still haven't checked out. Edit: I played a ton during the current event where you could win $50 for unlocking [i]EVERYTHING,[/i] and yeah, I went for it. Unlocks include weapon skins, character skins (all the characters are Bobs, which makes it even better), taunts, killphrases, killstreaks and even a lil secret map. Some of the unlocks were surprisingly cryptic too. Won't be getting into detail though >:) It (almost) never felt tedious. I genuinely think the grind was pretty fun. This game has [b]way[/b] more depth and hidden stuff than it looks at first glance. Also gotta give props to the dev. Less than two weeks out of early access and they're still pushing updates, optimizations, bugfixes and even new achievements. Amazing dedication! I'm not even sure what the game is missing. It deserves way more people than it currently has.
