Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 31 → 0.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

A world consumed by mist and affliction.
Humanity is gone, and hope for its return grows fainter by the day.
Fight, build, and push deeper into the ruins of a world that refuses to die quietly.
Mistaken is a dark fantasy survival RPG centered around satisfying progression, powerful build creation, and expanding a refuge in a world that has already fallen.
Fight your way through dangerous realms, gather rare resources, defeat horrific creatures, and descend deeper into the mist in search of stronger gear, new crafting options, and devastating character builds.
Despite its bleak world, Mistaken blends moody dark fantasy with charm, rewarding exploration, and addictive progression systems designed to constantly give the player new goals to chase.

The gameplay loop in Mistaken is simple, satisfying, and difficult to put down:
Explore → Gather → Fight → Upgrade → Expand → Descend Further
Each journey into the mist offers stronger enemies, rarer materials, hidden structures, dangerous bosses, and new opportunities to push your build even further.
The deeper you go, the stranger and deadlier the world becomes.
Progression in Mistaken is all about experimentation and growth.
Weapons, armor, and equipment roll with randomized attributes and affixes, allowing even ordinary gear to become something powerful in the right build. Shape your character around different combat styles, strategies, and synergies as you steadily become stronger with each expedition.
Choose an Origin that defines the strengths and weaknesses of your character.
Lean fully into devastating magic, specialize in ranged combat, become a brutal frontline fighter, or choose the path of a nomad, free to experiment and adapt without a predefined direction.
Each Origin opens the door to different builds, strategies, and progression paths, with many more planned throughout Early Access.

Cartifacts are mysterious magical cards that can be equipped to fundamentally change how your build functions.
Each Cartifact grants unique combat effects that can synergize with one another in powerful ways, opening the door for countless strategies and combinations.
Why not equip one Cartifact that causes melee attacks to poison enemies, then combine it with another that increases critical strike chance against poisoned targets?
The deeper you progress, the more possibilities become available.

Your base is more than just decoration. It is a core part of progression.
Gather resources to build shelters, crafting stations, farms, storage, defenses, and homes for wandering survivors. As your settlement grows, new crafting options, beneficial NPCs, sustainable food production, and progression opportunities become available.
Start with a small refuge and slowly transform it into a thriving stronghold standing against the mist.

Between two accounts, I have 30+ hours of gameplay on the demo version. This game is the perfect loot collecting + base building "grind". You push your luck and press forward, deciding if you should spend your limited energy on collecting resources or moving to a new area. At any point you can turn back, and even if you die, you will end up at your base. - map progression is very fun - region designs are spooky and thematic - gear is fun to tweak and collect - base building is satisfying, it's so nice to just end up at base after a run - further tweak your playstyle by opening "booster packs" to get new perks - the gameplay loop is addictive and well balanced Seriously, congrats to the dev! I hope to sink even more hours into this EA version. and I'm LOVING the new spooky music!
Wishlist it, this is a "has potential" game. So far the art/music/gameplay is on point but there is barely any content so the difficulty is used to pad it out. Pros: + Grim take on Terraria + RNG stats on gear crafting + Meaningful stamina system + Incentivised resource gathering + In game buff mechanic Cons: - Next to nothing to craft once you have acceptable gear - Mobile game level of time waste to fish. you can spend 30 min catching 60 - 100 fish and will use them up in 5min just walking to next map. - Crafting system straight out of a math formula, t1 helm t2 helm, no diversity no most drop help or resource to craft something slightly stronger. - Combat is pray you can stun lock the enemy - Most the calculations for damage straight up do not work e.g. +30 damage when on 99% mist? you deal 0 extra to enemy or resource. - DOT is garbage as per every game, bleed card damage has a chance to inflict a nonsensical amount of bleed and it does not stack pair it with vamp to sac 2 slots for a heal or just burn the garbage. - Inventory hell, I get this one but right now nothing in this game justifies inventory restriction at all it's just a further time sync to force people to re-grind mindless content because they didn't know they would need some thing Perhaps when the dev bothers to add a bit more meat into the game its worth a buy but for now this feels more like a high school project then a game aimed to be fun in anything it offers. There is no fun loot from the common enemy that rare and gimmicky so you are expected to burn out a few hours after playing, discovering nothing fun but hitting the no refund timer. Yes the line above is with attitude but it's with the understanding that code for loot table and drop rates is already done, how hard is it to add a 1% chance to drop a card of rando rarity to do more damage to monsters in that biome for example? 0 artwork required, 0 coding required aside damage modifier line limited to scene so 20 lines of code any AI will generate. this is just one example but the fact effort was not taken implies this game is likely being made for a quick copy pasta of known working game models and a cash grab, which will likely never be fun. I could be wrong we'll see content release and not MAJOR UPDATE it now works on steam deck for further cash grab announcement.

I’ve followed this game during development, so I’ve spent quite a bit of time with it. If you’re into games like Core Keeper, Stardew Valley, Terraria, or Valheim, this might be up your alley. The core loop is solid and easy to get into, and there’s a good mix of exploration, building, and progression.
So far seems quite fun. Definitely needs some quality of life improvements but that's to be expected for early access. No tutorial so you'll pretty much have to figure things out as you go, but if you've played terraria or similar crafting games you shouldn't have too much trouble picking it up. Maybe I missed it in the settings but I can't for the life of me find all the key bindings so I guess I have to figure out shortcuts by trial and error. Also, for the love of god don't click the little red/white X on your saved game or it instantly nukes your save without prompting you "are you sure you want to delete?" Mr. Dev, please fix this :p Overall I'm excited to keep playing this and see where it goes. Not sure how much lore/story there is since I've only played a few hours and I haven't yet figured out how to progress out of the first biome. Apparently the altar needs something I don't have??? I'll figure it out. Anyways, give this game a go if you have that terraria/valheim craft/fight progress itch.
关卡设计无聊,游玩性很差,好评像是刷的
This doesn't have a lot going for it as of June 1st 2026. Took me far far too long to figure out how to build, and even then I wouldn't say it's acceptable. The devs included a "build mode" but nowhere do they tell you that you have to craft your materials before building anything. Esc, inventory, anvil icon, build the things, select the things, place them in build mode, now you can place objects. But wait - sometimes things will take "a day" (or longer?) to build and it won't tell you why or how long it will take. I thought I had been reading the required materials wrong and just didn't have enough. Nope. Not my thing in it's current state.
I really hope this game can pick up some steam and get some exposure ASAP. I've only played for a few hours but I can safely say this game is not only great but could potentially be as good as other games like Terraria and modded Starbound. The aesthetics/atmosphere are on point, the base-building and combat mechanics are great and the progression/exploration system is really interesting. Everything just feels very cohesive and well thought out. The ONLY problem with the game is a lack of a tutorial. If you don't have the patience to figure out the somewhat complicated UI/controls on your own I highly suggest waiting until there's an update. It's honestly quite bizarre how the game throws you in with almost zero guidance. If you can muster through it the game is on track to becoming an instant classic.
Don't be MISTAKEN (pun intended), this game can be challenging yet rewarding. Took a bit of time figuring out how to build a base, craft/sell stuff, progress time, and how to beat certain enemies but now I'm breezing through - with the exception of boss fights (you'll need to prepare and upgrade your gears for it and probably do multiple attempts). Cartifacts are also fun, allowing you to test different strategies in fighting! P.S. Found out about the game from @splattercatgaming
