Miracle Journey - 3D Find Differences distinguishes itself from other games in the genre through its exceptional level design, featuring intricately crafted 3D dioramas. These environments are enriched with animated effects and moving characters, creating a dynamic and visually engaging experience. The differences between the two images often involve variations in the size, color, and orientation of objects or parts of larger items. Additionally, some discrepancies stem from the movement of NPCs. While the game does not impose a time limit for solving levels, its difficulty is notably higher than its counterparts due to a strict limit of three mistakes per level. The game employs a “lives” system, with no way to replenish lost ones. When the three lives are used up, players need to restart the level and find all the differences again. There is also no hint option and no zoom tool that can help you spot them. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3459194534 Moreover, progression through the game's three chapters is gated by a "stars" system. Players earn stars by finding differences, with up to five stars available per level. To unlock subsequent chapters, a minimum of three stars per level is required, equating to identifying 60% of the differences. Starting with the second chapter you will additionally need to spend previously acquired stars to unlock newly available levels. Each chapter also contains a bonus level, which becomes accessible only if players achieve the maximum star count across all levels within that chapter. One notable drawback is the control scheme. The dioramas do not fully fit within half of the screen and require horizontal scrolling. Both scrolling and selecting differences are performed using the left mouse button, which can lead to accidental clicks and loss of lives. With only three lives per level, this design choice can make navigating the dioramas frustrating and increase the likelihood of mistakes. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3459194576 In summary, while Miracle Journey - 3D Find Differences impresses through stunning visuals and level design, its high difficulty level and progression system may deter the casual players who typically enjoy this genre. However, for those seeking a more challenging experience, this game offers a rewarding test of observation skills and perseverance. Fun but flawed spot-the-difference game that demands patience due to frustrating control scheme where every action is tied to the same mouse button. The game unfolds across three chapters, which are a mix of distinct and familiar theme—think ancient Egypt, medieval knights, and swashbuckling pirates. Every chapter consists of four stages that can be tackled in any order, but progression is gated by a star system: you'll need at least three stars in each stage to unlock the next chapter. And if you're a perfectionist, there's a bonus stage waiting—but only for those who manage a perfect five-star rating across all stages in a chapter. Despite the “3D” in the title, the game doesn’t allow for free camera movement. The environments are static, only letting you scroll around by holding down the left mouse button. That being said, the scenes are not entirely lifeless. Most of the activity comes from characters moving around the scene or performing a simple animation. Your objective is to spot form 15 to 20 subtle differences between two seemingly identical scenes. These can range from altered colors and sizes to missing objects and even changes in character movements. Unlike more casual offerings in this genre, this one presents a formidable challenge. Some differences are hidden in plain sight, but others require careful observation, especially when they appear on moving elements. This can lead to some moments of frustration as differences might only be visible from certain angles or at specific moments. Adding to the difficulty is a strict three-mistake limit. Click incorrectly too many times, and you’ll have to start over. There are no hints. While you can zoom in to get a closer look and replay levels as many times as needed (differences remain the same), finding the last few differences to secure a full five-star rating can be very tricky. Unfortunately, the game stumbles where it matters most—its controls. The game ties both scrolling (moving around the scene) and selecting differences to the same left mouse button, leading to a frustrating experience. Attempting to move the scene often results in an unintended "incorrect guess," costing you one of your precious three lives. Conversely, when clicking on a difference, any slight mouse movement can cause the game to misinterpret your action as a scroll attempt instead. The worst offender? Accidentally double-clicking—your first click correctly marks a difference, but the second is registered as an incorrect guess.

OK concept (it's not original) but awful realization. The game doesn't detect clicks and is not a lost click here and there. It's "sometimes (often) you must click 50-100 times on a clear difference for it to finally register one click". The music loop is only a few seconds long and it quickly gets on ones nerves. After 3 levels, frustrated, I uninstalled the game. A pity, because I like this type of game and I liked the graphics.
