This is okay for a simple puzzle game. It gets a thumbs up for not having a timer. The game is like word search, but instead of looking for words in a grid, you are looking for sets of three symbols. Each symbol is a combination of color, shape and shading. Color: blue, green, or red. Shape: triangle, circle, or square. Shading: solid, striped, or empty. A valid set must have either three of a kind or one of each for every characteristic. For example, two red symbols and a green symbol are never a valid set, but three red symbols might be a set if shape and shading both have valid combinations. In addition, sets must be consecutive vertically or horizontally, but not diagonally. You beat a level when you've found all the valid sets. Pros The achievements are pretty straightforward. Just keep solving puzzles and eventually you’ll get all the achievements. There is no timer, so you don’t have to worry about a time limit. There is an option to generate random levels. Cons If you click on three symbols that are not a valid set, then the level resets to the beginning. I think that’s a bit extreme. It would have been better if you could continue the same level after an invalid set notice. In addition, there should be a way to clearly highlight each set that was already found. Also, the characteristics get to be a bit repetitive. For example, the shapes on every level are limited to triangles, circles, or squares. It would have been a nice touch if other shapes were available, perhaps diamonds, stars, or hexagons.
