I have paid for a premium subscription and now I can’t access it. I do not recommend this collection. I am unable to access my premium subscription even tho my profile shows I have one and it is good until December 9th. I have not been able to contact support although I have tried several ways. It has taken too much time for the pleasure of the games. No mater what I do I get no help.

Love MS Solitaire Collection… But, hate changes to the game Bubble. Neon-looking balls are horrible and it seems like the screen has zoomed to a larger setting, which is a distraction. It’s also not necessary to click next for each new round. Please, please go back to Bubble’s original look. I love everything about the Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

Live it, with one request I’ve been a subscriber for years and live the variety. With the addition of the other “casual games” and especially the daily challenges in Jewels, can you PLEASE add the ability to play previous challenges I missed in other months, like what’s available in Solitaire? There’s one expert challenge I didn’t get completed!

Used to be good This game used to be good. Now the game crashed in the middle of a game. The timer still counts for the timed challenge. Even though you aren’t in the app. I’ve had it say it took me 8 hours to complete a puzzle when the game crashed and would not reopen. Microsoft doesn’t even read these comments anyway.

Good App, Ads are getting worse I've enjoyed this solitaire app for years. It has slowly become more ad ridden. Unfortunately Ads are getting longer, and dead end to web pages, requiring a restart of the app, and watching another Ad.

2 min ads??? It was bad enough with 30 second ads to play. 2 minute unskippable ads are literally insane. Every few min of playing I need to watch 1-2 min of ads? And they’re all scam ads too. Time to find a new solitaire game.

Game keeps crashing The game won’t open and when it does it crashes after a few seconds. I’m using the latest update and the most recent iPhone so it’s not a hardware issue. It’s been doing this on and off for the last year

New cards suck The new cards are terrible to use

Now forces you to watch ads We have an Xbox games ultra membership. This collection of games used to be included. Now you are forced to buy a subscription just for these games or watch ads. Some of the ads are over a minute long and have no way to exit the ad even after it is finished. You are stuck going to the ap store to get the thing the ad promoted or just sitting at the screen looking at the ad.
