Meteor Volleyball!

"Meteor Volleyball!" is a badly made mobile app that's been dumped on Steam for some reason. It looks and feels like a Flash game. The idea here is that you play volleyball, but with giant robots and meteors instead of a volleyball. That rather weak gimmick is the best part of a terrible game. The game features really lacklustre 2D visuals (does the developer not know 3D graphics became mainstream in the mid-1990s?). Gamers don't spend thousands of dollars on gaming rigs to pretend they're mobile phones or Commodore 64s. Not every "free" game really is. There's often MTX, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, or any other number of things that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game. Nothing demonstrates a developers belief in themselves and their work than giving it away without any remuneration. This is a service to themselves, and the gaming industry, and should be applauded. Of course, just because something is free, doesn't necessarily mean it's valuable. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at just a dozen or so concurrent players, and now there's basically nobody playing it. Even though it's free. This is a dismal public reception, but it's easy to see why gamers rejected it. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Not this time. This isn't worth downloading. While this won't cost you any money, you get what you pay for, and sometimes, even when the game is free, it's still not enough. Note: The developer has been caught using disgusting AI slop in some of their games.

The Game Isn't Long, I've 100%'d it in about 82 minutes, at most although a full clear of the game is possible in about 30-ish minutes, the only issue i've got is the keybinding. i use a 60% keyboard and being only able to play using arrow keys and Z + X + C lead to a load of avoidable deaths. besides that i had a lot of fun just kinda playing around. it also owns a secondary game mode after beating the volleyball part called meteor baseball that is way more confusing to get a 100% in. also the last map in the city is really hard to sight read but if you use the glitch shot on them they can bearly defend it :3 Anyways Overall : Highly suggest it just to play around to burn time - Fun abilities & replayable
