Latest update Game no longer works after latest update. Nothing happens when I touch any of the icons. Years of gameplay down the drain

Ads I noticed this as of late. What happened to the ads to replenish most energy, to quickly revive an item that produces? Was that removed during the recent update? I know the majority hate ads, but I think this game spoiled us with ads that reward us.

Even communication difficult. Priced out of range I have enjoyed playing Merge Mansion for quite a while. Lately, however, the cost of any kind of purchase of gems or ongoing enhancements has skyrocket. They have priced themselves way out of existence. I am leaving a review here because I cannot find how to write to support in the game. This is all very un user-friendly. I have refused to purchase any more in the game and I’m making no progress and I don’t find it fun anymore. I wish others well. If you change the game, maybe try and let us know if we stop playing. It’s sad that something that was that much fun has become such a disappointment.

not worth downloading for new players i’ve been playing for 2 or 3 years and made it through 36 rooms. for a while most updates either just improved glitchy map areas and moved around player’s resources on the screen. i appreciate that the game has always not included disrupting ads and instead let you choose to watch for extra energy points. THIS WAS THE BEST FEATURE, NOW IT IS GONE. being further into the game i really required having the option to watch those 4 ads and get more help to be able to complete 1 or 2 tasks for the day. i would’ve preferred they updated it to unlimited watches, but instead they removed it completely, they say its to help people i say they want more money out of us. there’s no reason 100 energy that only lasts you 20 items and gets you nowhere should be $5 and there’s no reason to take away the ad feature that didnt force people to watch them anyways. sucks seeing my favorite game get money hungry and not want people to be able to finish it eventually when that is obviously the goal of downloading. dont suggest downloading to any new players as i feel these types of resources will simply be taken away more and there wont be any opportunity for them to finish the game.

The worst update ever! It’s impossible to play this game anymore! You totally spoiled the whole experience. I didn’t delete it immediately after update, cause I hoped that it will be changed back, but no… so deleting it now!

Bonuses missing I like playing but with the recent update I no longer can watch an add for the additional daily bonus chest and the other daily bonus is also gone. I typically don’t watch adds but I felt that those few were worth it. Was this an on purpose change or are my settings just wrong somewhere?

Impossible to progress I enjoyed your game, at first. However, the last few days it’s felt quite “fixed.” I wait 5 hours for producers to recharge, only to max out at 4-5 items. I never really counted previously, but I’d estimate production was around 20-40 before these past few days. Even after using a time jump, it’s wasted because using that hard earned item only produces 2-3 more items and the clock starts all over. Why is this happening?
