I'm on the 5th place on the 2025 highscore leaderboard with 10 minutes of gameplay. That's something... And kinda sad in the same time.

Game will soon be Free to Play https://steamcommunity.com/games/2929830/announcements/detail/534348484694770540
The game reached its peak player count, and I don't think anyone else will want to buy it. It would be great if someone could play the game I created with so much love, which is why I want it to be free. I want to wholeheartedly thank those who bought it, because thanks to them I was able to fund my other game, Rembrunir. As for the state of the game, I think that's it. At most, I can add a new boss and features like changing the volume, but that will take time. Honestly, my game is as I wanted it to be.
If you want a +1, get it now (i think thats how it works, idgaf :) )
Decent but clunky platformer with unlimited lives (thankfully). 5 stages with a boss after each. I enjoyed the bosses and was thankful you could keep trying them after dying with no penalty. Some jumps are a little rough and it's lame that you have to hold a button down to carry a key in each stage, but otherwise I had a good time with this game.
Megan's Adventure is a really charming little platformer that I found easy to get into almost immediately. I play as Megan through what is basically an ordinary day that quickly turns into a strange adventure filled with surreal enemies and dangerous situations. I liked how simple the premise is because the game does not waste much time before putting me in control and letting the platforming speak for itself. The movement is the main focus here, and I enjoyed how much the game encourages me to keep moving. Jumping, dodging and shooting all feel straightforward, but the levels can still push me to react quickly when enemies and hazards start appearing together. The game also supports controllers, which makes the platforming feel natural and responsive when I use one. The power ups are another nice part of the experience. Finding new abilities gives me a little more freedom in how I approach the levels, and I liked having something to look forward to as I progressed. The bosses also give the adventure some stronger moments because they break up the normal platforming and make me pay more attention to patterns and movement. I also enjoyed the strange tone. Megan's Adventure has a colorful anime inspired presentation, but the enemies can be surprisingly bizarre and surreal. That contrast gives the game a playful personality, and I liked never being completely sure what kind of creature or situation would appear next. The humor helps keep the experience light even when the platforming becomes more challenging. My biggest issue is the overall size of the adventure. There are only a handful of main levels, so the game is over fairly quickly, and I was left wishing there was more to explore. The mechanics are enjoyable enough that I think the game could have supported a larger campaign with more areas, enemy types and power ups. The two endings also give me a reason to replay it, but there is still not a huge amount of content after the first run. I also think some parts could use a little more polish. The game has a clear personality, but the presentation and level design can sometimes feel closer to a small indie project than a fully refined platformer. That is not a major problem for me because the core movement remains fun, but it does limit how impressive the overall experience feels. Overall, Megan's Adventure is a cute and enjoyable free platformer with simple controls, fun movement and a surprisingly weird collection of enemies and situations. I liked the power ups, boss encounters and playful visual style, and the short length makes it easy to finish without feeling like a huge commitment. It could definitely use more levels and a bit more polish, but I had a good time with Megan's strange little adventure. Rating: 6.7/10
