This is a fun one. Kind of acnh visuals but I do think the game tries to do too much a bit. I’m sure that’s mostly early access but the going out and adventuring and solving not frustrating puzzles is where the game shines. I am not too far as of this writing but no big issues there. I was playing on steamdeck and it was decent performance with some lag at times. There are some times when it is hard to navigate where I want to due to a rock’s hotbox or something but that’s a small annoyance really. My biggest grip is that I can’t always tell what I will interact with. Sometimes I’m trying to pick something up but instead accidentally clicked on the nearby animal and them was stuck in like a few seconds unskippable animation. The decorating part of the game and buying tiles for the village has a lot of potential but feels like it needs some work. But I’d say the good outweighs the annoying/bad. It was the perfect game for a few hour session on a Saturday I just wanted to chill out and not do much. It is not deep gameplay. The story is cute and barely needs focusing in. It’s not totally on rails, and I like that I can get items I haven’t been asked to find yet. Level design starts simple but seems to increase in complexity as the game moves on. Just a nice chill game worth the price tag in my opinion.

Game appeared in the new discovery calendar on Steam and I really like the look of it with its small and cute 3D models. Had to buy it when it finally came out and I'm not disappointed! It's such a wholesome and cozy game (hence why it's been featured in cozy gaming lists) and despite it being in Early Access, there is a lot to explore and to customize! I like this new take on the genre with its maze-like maps that appear as you walk around and complete the mini puzzles. The NPCs are lively too, they have unique personalities. Really looking forward to the upcoming additions and improvements as it makes its way to 1.0 :)
Lovely little cozy game makes a change from the usual farming games, I really like how simple you can decorate move things around ect nice added feature to catch fish and bugs it would be nice to have a log to see which ones you've collected. I've played a few hours admittedly it was bordering on returning for the first hour but stick with and it's really enjoyable however some of the puzzles really make me feel stupid 😂 perhaps a hint option would help too and I hope more gets added for full release but no bugs or issues so far
If you are looking for a way to unwind, Mazey Village is the game for you! I'm loving playing as a cartographer rebuilding destroyed villages by exploring mazes, solving puzzles, catching critters, going fishing, and bringing back lost items. The overall vibe feels so cozy and relaxing to me, with charming visuals and music that immediately put me at ease. I could really feel the care put into crafting the lovely environments and adorable outfits, and the animals in general were easily one of my favorite things. Even though it is currently in Early Access, I think the game already shows so much potential. The devs are super responsive to community feedback, which makes me even more excited to watch the project grow. It will probably become my go-to low-stress game for quiet evenings and playing on the Steam Deck. Highly recommend!
Really quite a cosy and well-designed adventure. Good mechanics that make you want to keep playing.
An adorable and refreshing cozy game! While the general gameplay loop (talk to villagers, explore, solve maze, deliver item) is fairly simple, I've found myself returning for more a few times now. It's an easy and relaxing game that allows for jumping in and out on a whim.
Super niedliches Spiel.
Great game. Loved this game. I have trouble finding a cozy game that isn’t too complicated but keeps my attention. This has everything I need to make me happy. Cute animals, cute people, engaging environment, exploring, decorating, fishing, bug catching, and puzzles. My favorite game of the year!
