Mass Effect™ Legendary Edition

First hour of gameplay is kind of boring. Really It's just clicking through windows on the EA app, resetting my password, reopening the app, reinstalling the app, reading forums, considering doing some github voodoo to avoid using the app. Second hour is the start of one of the most compelling storylines I've seen on the monitor my dad stole from his job. 1/10 because EA want to do bitmining on my computer.

ГРА РІВНЯ ЛЕГЕНДА! Якщо пропустите цю серію ігор то будете дуже жалкувати! Сама серія можливо трохи нижще по рівню ніж Відмак 3, але десь на рівні BG3 (особисто для мене). З плюсів: неймовірна кількість кат-сцен, вибори рішень які справді впливають на всесвіт і сюжет, велика кількість компаньйонів до яких реально прив'язуєшся як до особистостей, проходженя гри відчуваєтся як перегляд серіалу/кіна, також гра має ще купу і купу інших плюсів. З мінусів тільки два: в останій частині прийшлося гуглити та використовувати вікі/фандом щоб виконувати квести так як журнал квестів просто жахливий, кінцівки в останній грі слабкуваті особливо в порівняні з минулими частинами. З порад: ніколи не міняйте образ та клас головного героя, залиште це як "історія про Шепарда".

Если только проходите или уже проходили Legendary Edition, обязательно попробуйте Calibrated Edition. Моды подобраны очень грамотно: улучшен баланс, исправлено множество мелочей и багов, игра ощущается свежее, графонистей, но при этом полностью сохраняет дух оригинальной трилогии. One of the best stories ever. You realy inside this game, and may be you will cry when you'll finish it. 4-th playthrough and I'm still heavily hydrated in my eyes at the end.

Im sorry but i just cant finish mass effect 3, mass effect 1 and 2 are some of the best rpgs out there and one of the best sci fi game series ever made but the third one is just so much worse than i remember the combat i good but the story is just so much worse and the writing can really feel like a kick to the head sometimes, i stand by the fact that mass effect 2 is the last good mass effect game we got the rest is just trash, the only good thing about andromeda was the trailer with the Johnny cash music but everything else i hate. Really a unfocused review however my point stand im done now it all ended on mass effect 2 the rest i a fever dream

Picture this: You finally come back home after a long day at work and decide to relax a bit. You make yourself a cup of your favourite beverage, put your feet up and boot up the game. You are then hit by the EA app, which struggles to connect to its own servers (because a 55 billion dollar company can't run a server to save its own life). You might think "Well, it's a singleplayer game after all, surely I'd be able to play it regardless, right?" After all, who in their right mind would think that always online singleplayer games are a good idea? After a few minutes of the app trying to load, it stops and just says "Oops! Looks like you don't have an internet connection! I could tell you the exact thing that went wrong, but why would you want to know about that?" So you go online, trying to find some kind of fix for it, only to find outdated advice that used to work back when Origin still existed, or some useless slop from the official EA support page that has never worked in gaming history. An hour has passed, and what you thought would be a relaxing evening turned into a frustrating troubleshooting mess. You give up, realizing that you cannot play the game you bought with your own money because having a singleplayer game actually be a singleplayer game would mean shareholders can't sell your data to advertisers. The phrase "you'll own nothing and be happy" comes into your mind. I cannot tell you how good or bad the games are because I coulnd't play more than an hour before getting hit with this crap, but I can tell you that you should avoid this mess like the plague, and never give EA a cent of your money.

It's Mass Effect, all three of them. If you like Sci-Fi, If you like RPGs, you will like this. Maybe not your perfect game, maybe not a favourite. But a good time all the same.

Completed the entire trilogy in just under 100 hours. done nearly every side quest etc. what an adventure, easily one of the best trilogy in history of gaming. its a shame what bioware has become compared to what they used to be. its also a shame these games were so rushed by rat executives at EA. Imo, a must play for any gamer. THEY DONT MAKE EM LIKE THEY USED TO
