MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls

the game is fun to play when it works... overall I give a 3/5 it crashes and resets my pc over and over. if I leave the game idle for a minute or two it crashes. during story mode at random points it'll crash if they fix the issues the game would be perfect in my book.

Let's start with the /// SONY SUCKS /// section. They have been greedmaxing for a while and this year they are taking it to new heights. They hyping GTA 6 more than there own games, the 30 day internet requirement for digital games, no disk no buy, etc. But for this game specifically, it's really annoying they are repeating the HellDivers 2 sins all over again. I'm sick of Sony and am not planning on EVER buying a PlayStation console again. Hopefully the future gets brighter for PC users. Everything is too $$$$$$$ right now. Now for the /// IS THE GAME GOOD /// section. Yes. I am really loving it. Its not perfect but if its anything like DBFZ, my favorite fighting game, each season will bring big system mechanic changes that will spice things up. My only complaint right now is for a tag fighter it feels less like a 4v4 and more like 1+3assist v 1+3assist. This might age like milk but there is not alot of reasons to tag since you have 1 healthbar and tagging is SLOW. The community is finding new tech like tagging on jump cancels but I think something on the system mechanic level probably needs to change. EX. tagging on special moves like in DBFZ. And performance is decent, not great. I had to lower the game to medium settings with dlss balance or performance to keep a good 60. Which is kinda mid. So with all that I would recommend the game. If the honestly HIGH price tag, mid performance, or just Sony burn out is getting to you, just give it a couple months and see how you feel then.
