Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 23 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Welcome to Mars, adventurer! You have been selected to join the latest Mars colonization mission, establishing a permanent human presence on the enigmatic Red Planet. Your assignment is at Mars Base, located in the scenic Erebus Montes region on the Amazonis Planitia. Your job? Make sure that our nascent colony can sustain itself through agriculture. Achieve the impossible and convert the harsh Martian soil into arable land, to grow everything the colonists need to survive. If successful, you'll mark the beginning of Human-Martian history.
However, never forget that you'll be working tens of millions of kilometers away from Earth. Resupply is not an option for the most dangerous gardening job ever.

The scenic Erebus Montes region is located in one of the most fascinating regions of Mars, with a rich geological history. Mars Base will be tasked with digging into this rich history and help humanity understand our next home a little better.
The base is a living organism, with dozens of facilities. You will have access to all the necessary essentials upon landing, including crafting facilities, research labs, solar power plants, and your trusty greenhouses.
Every colonist has something to share. Be sure to interact with your fellow expedition members to learn their stories and see if you can't help them with their tasks. Teamwork!
More colonists will join you at the base every two Earth years, bringing with them more job expertise and assisting in growing Mars Base. See it grow from an outpost to humanity's first extraterrestrial city!

As the expedition's main botanist, you'll be responsible for turning a dead planet into a living one, a planter at a time. The other colonists will certainly appreciate your tireless labor to keep them fed and alive.
Martian soil can be toxic and barren, so botanists have to get creative. Starting with raw resources supplied by fellow colonists on a daily basis, you'll be able to gradually turn this sterile land into something much more suited for life to thrive.
A colonist does not live on “poo-tatoes” alone. Expand agriculture endeavors to provide a variety of crops and provide them with all the necessary micronutrients. Scurvy is not fun - and positively lethal when in the red variety instead of yellow.
Utilize a broad range of tools to succeed, from modular planters that can be combined in an infinite variety of configurations to autonomous robots to automate much of the labor.

Mars is more than just humanity's first foothold in the stars. It is also endless wind-swept plains and cyclopean mountains above ground, gigantic pyroducts and vast caverns below, as well as the most hostile environment humanity has set foot upon. Grow your crops, pack them for the journey, and venture out beyond the safe perimeter of Mars Base to explore the Red Planet!
If you brave the dust storms on the surface and the undiscovered mysteries of the underground, you will gain access to valuable resources for crafting tools and supplies. You might even help further the mission's scientific research goals while you're at it.
Crafting is essential. Bring back those resources and see what can be made to help you survive the challenges of Mars - or grow your agricultural projects instead!
During down time, don your iconic chef hat and whip up Martian-cooked meals with freshly grown produce, race Mars rovers for research, or build rockets to explore other celestial bodies beyond the red horizon.
Settle into your assigned living space - a fully customizable home base - to catch up on sleep after a hard day’s work. We would like all colonists to remember that, on Mars, while sleep may be optional, work is not.
Sums Steam only; PlayStation, GOG, Epic, Nintendo publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

This game has a pretty fun start, Stardew on mars, but falls way short of Stardew Valley. Its like they quit or ran out of time & left a promising game...BROKEN. Stay Away.
I would highly recommend this game. It has a great art style, fun mini games, and an excellent replay value. It caters for those gamers who love spending hours and hours exploring and crafting, or those who want to jump in for a quick mini game . I'll be looking forward to any updates and future games from this Indie dev!
To the Science lovers like myself, This is a great cozy game if you love science and want to combine it with some winding downtime with a cozy game, then Mars Base is the perfect fit. I also love Mars the planet, so to play a game all on Mars, I think it's really unique and definitely has a lot of potential to be an even better game. I also love how there isn't a linear storyline that the player has to follow and give the players the freedom to navigate it independently and have to think a little harder and solve problems in the game like a detective - which I find refreshing!! I love the mini-games in this game. I love how fishing is like playing the metal claw games at arcade - I find this mechanism to be quite unique and very different compared to other life simulation-like games. I also love that you can sell food in your own restaurant - although the gameplay is quite basic, it's still very addictive and really fun to play. AND there's the rover race! I find it hilarious to do Tokyo drift on the track during the race. Building materials and building the structures aren't so difficult - it's very easy to collect the raw material and gathering enough materials for building structures. I've expanded the base quite a bit in 22 Sols. BUT... THERE ARE BUGS... This game is so lovely, so precious and if the developer(s) could fix some of these bugs and with just a tiny bit more improvement, I feel like this game can become truly great. There are bugs with growing the Mars Corn in the Biome Dome, the animals disappearing after purchasing them and placed in the coop and ranch. I think those are the only bugs that I have come across, oh! And that the achievements aren't unlocked after meeting the criteria. I genuinely believe that if the developer(s) can make some of these adjustments, I think that it can really change the overall rating of the game and I think it would definitely attract more players. I think this game has so much potential and it's a shame that the developer(s) seem to have concluded this game at just this. Please KZ Games, please go back to working on this game and fix the bugs - it has so much potential! You're leaving the gold mine just before you reached the gold. I really think the game's overall review can be changed from "mixed" to "positive". Please don't give up on this game. All the best, A science lover.

the game is very interesting especially using the concept of the planet mars. I really like this game the game is very exciting !
The game has a bug on the dialogs that doens't allow you to start acces the quests. Hydroponic greenhouse has a bug that crashes the game
Enjoyable game. Similar vibe to Stardew Valley, just a smaller scale. I like the idea of the mini games and the general look and feel of the game. Nice and easy playing style, lets you drop in and out or churn out a few hours without knowing it. I heard there is a possibility for a tower defence mini game being added on in the future which has me excited to face some martian hordes! Happy to support local indie dev's. Cheers!
Unplayable mess
TLDR: unless they majorly fix it, don't bother with this one. I've had this one on the wishlist for a while and despite the mixed reviews decided to give it a shot. It's got the elements that tickle my fancy: sci-fi, farming, exploration and invention. But unfortunately, whomever coded this must have used their rear to do so. If you have used any other program on your computer? The game won't launch, just stick at 'running' on the in-library page. Restart the comp, launch Steam and the game? Kinda works. But then you come to the suit/character creation and it just freaking crashes to the desktop if you press the wrong button or spend too long in the character editor. Yes, it still has potential, but the technical maladies just tank this one. Refund requested and I urge you not to spend money on it unless it gets majorly fixed.
This is a top ten survival game for me on steam this game is amazing the progression is really fun after you figure it out
Hi there! Let me preface this by saying: If you're looking for a challenging game, this isn't it. It's a fun relax little game by a single dev and small team. So far I'm just shy of 10 hours played and I'm liking it, The Pixel art graphics are great, the characters although lacking in dialogue have good looking portraits. The Music is great too, looking forward to finding more tracks as the game expands. The game starts out with little to do but that quickly expands once settlers arrive and add different activities to your routine. What starts out as little more then extracting soil from mars turns to farming, then fishing, then combat, then cooking, and so on. There are also quite a few bugs but the Dev and his team have been pretty quick to respond and try to patch as much as possible. So I'm looking forward to the future of this game. TL/DR: Good game, Not hard, quite a few bugs but the Dev is present to address the issues on Discord! See you in space
