Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 29: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Marauders was very enjoyable, even in OCE where the player base is tiny for online indy games. If the developers had continued I believe they would have seen this become a cult classic with a steady core player base. Unfortunately, as you can see from the amount of recent negative reviews, it seems to have been completely abandoned by the developers. I accept that game dev companies need to pay staff and contractors, but EARLY ACCESS IS A SCAM!! Accountability in these situations should be the norm. How did the company manage the project, who did they pay and for what, and why did the project ultimately fail? If a developer runs out of money before releasing the product that so many have pre-paid for then the source code and all assets should become publicly available for private use (after a reasonable grace period). Making assets available would allow any game with a large enough fan base of enthusiasts to continue developing any failed project. This definitely opens up a whole crapload of legal ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, though I'm certain a platform as massive as Steam is fully capable of adding appropriate definitions into their T&Cs to protect and potentially reward people who uphold the continued development of failed games. A disappointing result for the amount of time and effort the devs must have put into this.
I can’t get into any game sessions at all. I can’t even play against NPCs — it’s just endless queuing. I wait for 5 minutes, then it ends and shows “no match found.” I’ve been trying for hours and still can’t get into the game. 完全排不到遊戲場次, 想打npc都沒辦法玩, 一直排隊 排5分鐘結束又顯示找不到配對 幾小時都無法進行遊戲

Dead Game until proven otherwise.

The Cheaters killed the niche playerbase </3
Scamming operation. Standard model these days - start game, keep it in EA forever - devbandon it when you make enough money.
