Pauses and empty spaces give the story its shape. Along this short path, a deep breath settles in, and through rough pixels, stillness spreads.
I haven't actually touched this game since I completed it on release which was a few months shy of a decade ago now. I remember having a really good time with this game and it was a great introduction game for 14 year old me on my first true gaming pc. I need to replay it again someday!
MANDAGON

[th]⭐Juego gratuito⭐[/th]

I thought *Mendagon* was just another short indie horror game with a creepy atmosphere and some strange imagery. I was wrong. The graphics are simple, but somehow every location feels like it has a story behind it. The gameplay is simple too. You explore, solve puzzles, and try to understand what exactly is happening around you. But the less the game explains, the more you want to know. There are moments where you're walking through a quiet, almost peaceful environment, and then you notice something that feels completely wrong. You stop. You look at it again. And suddenly the entire place feels different. What I love most is how *Mendagon* doesn't constantly tell you what to be afraid of. It lets the atmosphere do the work. The strange environments, unsettling sounds, and mysterious events slowly build a feeling that something is deeply wrong. And when you finally start putting the pieces together, it becomes more than just a horror game. It's a story about loss, memory, and the things people carry with them. I've played horror games with better graphics, bigger worlds, and far more obvious scares. I don't remember most of them. I'll remember *Mendagon*. Some games scare you by showing you a monster. *Mendagon* is unsettling because it makes you wonder what happened before you arrived. It's short, strange, beautiful, and haunting in a way that stays with you. 100% recommended.
A really nice game of exploring. Short but great.
It's a... game. I feel like you complete so much in one go that you have no emotions left to write a definitive review. It's a game about... a father who has traded with a god to save his daughter's life, and then became a totem? I don't know, there's no clear explanation, even when you actually meet the god who you traded with. Also, the skeleton in the cavern is the skeleton of the father I guess? All I can say is that it reminds me of the oil pastel level from The Multi-Medium, and it's free, so it's good... I guess?
A quick, free, solid puzzle platformer that does it better than some paid games.
