About
Malignant Survivors 2 is a 3D horde roguelite with ARPG elements, and it's old-school and challenging. Only you will figure out how to solve problems and survive the madness, with the help of a bit of luck. Open chests, find boosts, run away, or charge into the horde; survive or die while experiencing the most crowded 3D combat ever.
The drops are not pre-designed; every barrel, every chest can drop anything. May the luck be with you.
There are approx. 1000~ base items + 50~ prefixes (those prefixes add new affixes to the item on drop).
** See what other people dropped on item leaderboards.
Collect crafting materials and upgrade/reroll your items with recipes. Results may surprise you.

But... you will die, eventually. Try other heroes, different builds, and different tactics to survive the horde.
If you are lucky and find a cool item on the run, maybe you can clear the realm with even a weaker build.
Good luck, and enjoy.

Nice game with a lot of potential. Rough start when the game came out and many issues have been solved.

I really love this genre of games. What attracts me to survival games like this is that you don’t have to constantly think too hard or concentrate — you can just relax and have a good time. With games like these, you eventually get used to the mechanics and start choosing the right items, abilities, and upgrades almost intuitively, based on memory. I understand that the game was released very recently and may still be quite rough around the edges. I’m not a developer and I don’t understand game development, so I can only judge it as a regular player who wants to enjoy the game. And as a player, I can definitely say that the idea is great. The graphics are nice and pleasant, and I really like the fact that the character is clearly visible. You can play from a considerable distance from a TV or a huge monitor without having to constantly get up from your chair or sofa just to see what is happening or read something on the screen. But now for the main issue — and unfortunately, the biggest one. Please take a look at other popular games in this genre and see what they do well in terms of convenience and quality of life. Here, it feels like half of the buttons and functions that should be there are simply missing. The controls are awkward, and you have to get used to things that really shouldn’t require any getting used to. The inventory system is another major headache. Nothing is particularly clear. You seem to contradict yourselves here: on one hand, the game tells us that everything we pick up plays an important role in our character’s progression and effectiveness in combat. But on the other hand, I don’t see a clear system where I can properly understand what I can actually equip on my character and what each item does. Instead, I end up with a huge pile of random items and materials, and it’s difficult to understand what I’m supposed to do with them. Then the game gives me the option to destroy or dismantle everything for materials. So basically, everything I just collected and could potentially use for the next level can simply end up being dismantled. Yes, I get resources in return, but the whole system is very unclear. The game doesn’t properly explain what should be kept, what should be equipped, and what can safely be dismantled. It also isn’t very clear what happens after completing the tutorial. The main menu unlocks a bit more information, but many things are still not properly explained. For example, there are microtransactions and a shop where you can spend real money, but this isn’t explained very clearly. It’s not obvious what exactly you can get through the shop, what bonuses those items provide, where they go, whether they take up inventory space, whether they stack, or what their actual purpose is. There also seems to be some kind of leaderboard/ranking system and ways of obtaining additional items, but it’s not clear how everything works or how these systems are connected. However, the biggest problem by far is the constant crashing. I can’t even get through the second difficulty level after Beginner because the game keeps crashing. I’ve tried again and again, but the problem remains. My laptop’s specifications are more than sufficient to run this game. On top of that, the game is very poorly optimized — my computer gets extremely hot while playing. And that is especially strange because, judging by the graphics and what is happening on screen, this is the kind of game that should practically run on a calculator. Overall, I really like the concept. I like the graphics, I love the genre, and I genuinely want to keep playing. That’s why I really hope the developers continue improving and polishing the game. If I had to summarize what I would like to see: — proper optimization; — fixing the constant crashes; — more convenient and intuitive controls; — a proper and understandable inventory system; — a clear explanation of which items can be equipped and exactly how they affect the character; — a clear explanation of dismantling items and the resource system; — better explanation of microtransactions and shop items; — more detailed explanations for the features that become available after the tutorial; — and, overall, more attention to player convenience and quality of life. Right now, the game feels like a really good idea that simply needs more polish, optimization, and clearer explanations. Most importantly, please fix the crashes and optimization. Everything else is important too, but when the game constantly crashes and heavily stresses the computer, it’s difficult to properly evaluate the rest of the mechanics.
Game is good and solid like Malignant Survivors 1. it may have a bit of optimization issue, since it seems to suck too much memories? but still it's playable and fun i'd recommend it!
