Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Very fun easy game. I enjoy Mahjong. I played this game for the in-game steam achievements but I wont be getting any of the sequels as there is no steam achievements for the Mahjong Magic Journey 2 or 3.
funny

Mobile Trash..
Wanting to play something without an asinine time limit by MTX filled Lost Lands: Mahjong, I bought this dirt cheap. I refunded this in 50 mins.
CONS:
[olist] [*] UI/UX: Garbage UI/UX that feels unresponsive. You can't even deselect cards you've selected, though I'm sure there's any need to since you can just keep clicking any card without any negatives. You can't scale UI or change rest. It's one of those indie games where all art is made at like 1280x720 res and then scaled up in a blurry mess on higher res. Which is also the reason all cards look tiny, since the art is designed for mobiles, not PC with larger resolutions. There is no borderless fullscreen, so if you watch YouTube or something on a secondary monitor while playing this game (the reason why I bought it), the game keeps getting minimized. So tiny cards, terrible mobile UI, unresponsive menus, sound sliders which don't properly depict the volume levels, etc. It's just a terrible experience. [*] GAMEPLAY ANNOYANCE: Now the biggest reason for me, for refunded this game, was the asinine "HINT" a lot of these indie shovelware games have. "What's that? Took more than 5 seconds to look around and find the cards? Well, we can't have that. Here, let the game highlight matching cards for you because you must be brain-dead." This is the same ♥♥♥♥ a lot of match 3 games have. You aren't allowed to sit down and enjoy a game, you have to keep playing non-stop, no breather, else the game will spoil the game for you by throwing hints. Nah, I'm good. [*] SHOVELWARE WITH STOLEN ASSET-FLIPS?: If you look at other titles in the series "Mahjong Magic Journey", developer spammed these games on Steam with only background changes. These are all the same games with only backgrounds changed. Some person in reviews have even claimed the backgrounds were stolen from the net (those wallpaper sites). Whether or not the images are stolen, these games are just dumped without any effort or improvements put into them, which is funny because these games were dumped years apart on Steam, and are all same with missing achievements and Steam cards from anything but the first game (which was added to Steam on 2018, years after second and third title in the series). [/olist]
PROS:
[olist] [*] First game in the "series" of shovelware is dirt cheap, if you don't care about quality and are dying to play more Mahjong (with tiny cards on res larger than 1080p). [/olist] I refunded it. Not a big fan of lazy mobile games being dumped on Steam with minimum effort and attention put into them to make them desktop playable. This is a very interesting take on Mahjong Solitaire. Making certain tiles the objective instead of just eliminating all tiles makes this game different from all others I have seen of Mahjong Solitaire. Since some objective tiles are hidden from view by other tiles luck is often required to meet the turn objectives. A welcome option would be to highlight piles of tiles that contain objective tiles making skill more important to success in the game. The game is visually very appealing and easy to learn, while at the same time being quite challenging. It is easy for me to recommend this game to any Steam members that enjoy Mahjong Solitaire.
i like it
A nice and more challenging Mahjong game
This game has many good points: * it works fine in general (however in some circumstances it may freeze); * it is a good Mahjong game, with some creativity; * there are both Steam and Game Achievements that may require some work; * the space it takes on your PC is almost symbolic (60 Mo) and suits old PCs very well; * if you buy it when discounted, it has an excellent price/entertainment value. The bad points: is that it may become grindy if you try to get perfect on ingame and Steam Achievements. The game may freeze in some circumstances and force you to restart the setup you were working on. How it is presented: * you can decide which symbology you prefer to use on the tiles; * if you vary and try playing with the three different option offered, it helps improve replayability; * there are 6 levels with 2 pages of setups each; * each level has 2 pages with 10 Mahjong setups each, for a total of 120 set-ups in the game; * each setup has 3 stars to get (one each for Tiles, Moves and Points awarded); * there are 2 types of tiles: regular tiles and golden tiles; * gameplay is varied with different rules for solving each setup; * only a couple of setups have a timer which stops when you have removed all golden tiles; * there is a multiplicator icon that gets boosted when you remove tiles, the golden ones boost more; * there are 12 achievements to be had, be aware that In-game and Steam Achievements are not necessarily the same; * the most difficult Achievement to get is the 15x booster one (there are a few setups in the last level that will help with that one - page 2/2 setups 6 or 10 are handy in that regard) I got more than 60 hours of entertainment out of it. If you are into that type of game, then try it out. For the price, specially at a discount, you cannot go wrong.
Macht also keinen Spaß.
