About
The dystopian wastelands are unforgiving. Monitor the status of your wagons in real-time throughout your journey, as each serves a distinct and vital purpose. Prevent system failures and keep the gears turning, this rolling empire is your only ticket to survival.

Defend your train against the looming threat of rogue drones. Let your advanced turret system automatically hunt down enemies while you focus on strategy... Or take direct control and enjoy blasting targets to pieces with your own hands!

Haggle with merchants once you reach safe havens. Buy and sell vital mechanical parts for profit, and use your earnings to upgrade your train for the ruthless cross-border journeys ahead. The right upgrade is the fine line between life and death.

How you reach the next stop is entirely up to you. Take dangerous shortcuts to save precious time, or opt for safer but agonizingly long routes. Every choice in the wasteland comes with a price. Are you ready to pay it?

This is great! I've had very few positive reviews lately and this game is certainly getting one of those! This game is like if you took a little bit of Guns of Icarus, Satisfactory and added a splash of any incremental game in there and put them all on a rail shooter. I am disappointed at the lack of a multiplayer. Because I could imagine having a great time with a friend (If I had friends to play games with) controlling different aspects of the train. Maybe one would do the production while another did shooting, or if things got really hairy, two would shoot. Don't forget repairs! But single player is still a blast. You can leave the train running on it's own, the turrets do a decent enough job on their own (I personally think they're better than I am, but I like to shoot, what can I say?) The crafting isn't too complicated at first, it eases you into it. It'll no doubt get a little complex later, but the interface is easy enough to understand. It's only a little bit buggy, I've only had a couple of issues. Manual crafting was greyed out for some reason, this might've been a bug or something I misunderstood. Regardless, the train kept auto crafting, so it was fine. There's a few visual bugs now and then, nothing major, I usually use a gun at the back of the train which makes the visual issues less problematic (Like the crane arm disappearing now and then) It's early days, I suspect the dev will release updates. You collect scrap and create things from it. You can either sell it, use it for contracts at the next station (You can view ahead so you can get an idea for what you want to collect) or just sell it all and spend money on upgrades. Be careful, some upgrades also cost scrap, or things you create. You can also buy things in one place to sell in another, or use said things to create other things. The story seems to be... lacking? I'm not sure there is one. Why are there drones chasing me? Do they belong to some mad rich tycoon who insists he owns all the scrap? (Capitalism gone mad!) Or are there rival trains that want to stop me stealing their stuff! (Can I make my own drones to attack other trains? Ahem, not that I would do such a thing...) Are they remnants of a great war between robots and humans? It's fun to ponder such things on your journey. While you gather, create and shoot. Or just sit and watch. That's fun too. It'd be nice if there were projects to work toward with the contracts, like supply enough of a material and suddenly a new railroad has opened up, or repairs are cheaper at a certain area or even unlock new upgrades. Things like that. I'd also appreciate customisation options, to change the trains appearance, and gimme a horn, need a whistly train horn noise. Would also be nice if different train stations looked different. They're all the same on the inside. But beyond the issues, I'm having a lot of fun. I look forward to experiencing more. Thanks for reading, or skipping to the end. Whether or not you agree, have a lovely day.
