Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Do not believe anything about this game being a psychological horror title. It's a walking simulator that almost immediately routes you into clunky puzzles and a lot of wandering around instead of telling a story, and what story that's here is pretty thin and uncompelling.
Experienced a game-breaking bug in Chapter 3 after several crashes where a key item was somehow removed from my inventory, thus soft-locking my game. Another user reported this bug on the forums last year but the dev never addressed them. Decided to refund it rather than start over, which sucks because I was really enjoying the game up to that point.
LUTO
Well, just like what the synopsis mentions, Luto is a psychological horror game where you are stuck at home, unable to leave whatever you attempt. Days go by and the house change configurations too... Luto has great visuals, sounds and music. The voice acting does the job pretty well for the narrator and other voices. There is no horror in the traditional sense and more in the psychological one. The story seemed like a rehash from a failed actor/director from Hollywood but in Luto, it does have many interesting twists! There are many MANY aspects relating to mental health which totally makes sense for this game. For the most parts, I did not find many irritants. The puzzles weren't too ♥♥♥♥♥♥ to solve and not too annoying in the sense of losing time versus playtime progression. Luto's narration system is/was intriguing to unfold. The game trolls you many times which serves the setting very well! At times, the game has references of PT and Visage, namely the "groundhog day" cycle system that you repeat a day and look for the anomaly that breaks it. Luto has perfect ultrawide monitor support. No glitches or technical issues encountered... if so, it is by design from the narrator ;) The game was longer than expected and it can be much longer if you seek all achievements... especially the collectibles ones.
RECOMMENDATION:
All in all, Luto is an original psychological horror walking simulator game. It is not "scary" in the traditional sense but the ambience can become heavy at times. I had my share of a good experience but I do not seek to complete the achievements in another playthrough. I'm curious what Broken Bird Games will cook up next!
The spider minigame brought back an anger in my heart I had not felt since I found out my wife cheated on me 5 years ago. Loved it

Atmosphere is the right amount of eerie and the story is very good and intriguing so far. Very polished graphics and nice puzzles. Very good overall if you like games like 'Martha is dead' for instance.
I may not be too smart but I'm smart enough to solve puzzles, and the puzzles in this game are so unnecessarily hard that I couldn't even finish. It sends you into a puzzle with a clue that's almost as stupid as Stephen Hawking on rollerblades, which makes you wander around for hours trying to understand what you're supposed to do. Sprinting function is totally useless. You have to hold shift all day long because it won't let you toggle it (can't change it). The game has 0 jumpscares. It'll try to scare you by showing you a moving human figure behind a blanket disappearing into a corridor. It doesn't take long for a player to learn that the game has 0 jumpscares. Once a player realizes it, the moving blanket event becomes stupid and you'll just go chase it because you know nothing's waiting for you. I haven't finished the game and probably never will. However, after all the roasting, I must say the atmosphere and graphics are outstanding. The game could've done much better if it was actually scary.
the first demo was so good. but this was.... a confusing mess.
Luto is a psychological horror adventure developed by Broken Bird Games and published by Broken Bird Games and Selecta Play. Rather than focusing on conventional survival horror mechanics, the game delivers a deeply personal and unsettling journey centered on grief, isolation, and emotional trauma. The story places players in the role of an individual trapped inside their own home, unable to leave despite repeated attempts. What begins as a seemingly ordinary situation gradually transforms into a disturbing descent through fractured memories, distorted realities, and the psychological consequences of loss. This premise serves as the foundation for a horror experience that values atmosphere and storytelling above action, creating a haunting adventure that remains memorable long after it ends. One of the game's greatest achievements is its ability to turn familiar surroundings into a source of fear. The house that serves as the primary setting constantly evolves as players progress, shifting between ordinary domestic spaces and surreal nightmare landscapes. Rooms change unexpectedly, hallways stretch beyond reason, and everyday objects become symbols of the protagonist's deteriorating mental state. The environmental design is exceptionally detailed, encouraging players to examine every corner in search of clues while simultaneously making them dread what they might discover. This careful manipulation of space and perception creates an atmosphere of unease that rarely lets up throughout the experience. The narrative explores themes that are rarely handled with such sincerity in horror games. Luto examines the emotional burden of losing someone important and the destructive cycle that can emerge when grief remains unresolved. The story unfolds gradually through environmental storytelling, documents, visual symbolism, and scripted events that reveal fragments of the protagonist's life. Instead of presenting a straightforward narrative, the game encourages players to interpret events and piece together the truth themselves. This approach rewards attentive exploration and allows the emotional impact of the story to develop naturally. The mature themes are treated seriously, giving the game a sense of authenticity that elevates it beyond a simple horror adventure. Gameplay is intentionally minimalist, focusing on exploration, observation, and puzzle-solving. Players spend much of their time investigating the environment, uncovering narrative details, and progressing through increasingly strange scenarios. The puzzles are generally logical and integrated into the world rather than existing as standalone challenges. While some players may wish for more complex mechanics or traditional survival horror elements such as combat and resource management, the simplicity allows the game's atmosphere and storytelling to remain at the forefront. Every interaction feels designed to support the narrative, ensuring that gameplay and theme remain closely connected. Visually, Luto excels at creating disturbing imagery without relying excessively on graphic content. Lighting, environmental effects, and subtle visual distortions are used effectively to create tension. The sound design is equally impressive, utilizing ambient noises, unsettling audio cues, and moments of complete silence to keep players constantly on edge. Many of the game's most frightening moments emerge not from sudden shocks but from anticipation and uncertainty. The developers demonstrate a strong understanding of psychological horror, building fear through suggestion and emotional discomfort rather than repetitive jump scares. This approach gives the game a distinctive identity and helps maintain tension throughout its runtime. Luto succeeds because it understands that horror can be both frightening and emotionally meaningful. Its combination of strong environmental storytelling, immersive atmosphere, thoughtful themes, and effective audiovisual presentation creates an experience that feels unique within the genre. While its slow pacing and limited gameplay systems may not appeal to players seeking action-heavy horror, those who appreciate narrative-driven experiences will find a compelling and memorable journey. Broken Bird Games has crafted a psychological horror title that uses fear as a tool to explore deeply human emotions, resulting in an experience that is as thought-provoking as it is unsettling.
