About
Lured In is a cozy idle tycoon game about running your own aquarium. With your grandpa retiring, it's up to you to take the helm. Catch fish to fill your tanks, and earn revenue from your visitors. Start from a rundown empty building, and work your way up to a thriving fishing empire!
What good is an aquarium without fish? Travel to unique zones to catch different fish for cash profit, or passive income. Pay attention to weather patterns to try and find them all. Upgrade your equipment, master every fishing minigame, and hope for a rare catch!
Bring your fish back home and put them up on display! Each fish generates passive income, whether that's while playing, or when the game is closed. Take care of your tanks by cleaning, feeding, decorating, and more!
There's more to running an aquarium than just fishing! Spend your cash on upgrades for your tanks to raise your passive income. Invest back into your shop, expand the business, and open new revenue streams. Once you've upgraded all you can, start fresh in a new location for unique and powerful ascension upgrades!
There are plenty of places to spend that extra cash! Customize the shop of your dreams, and fill it with decor that best fits your style. Your tanks can also be decorated and designed any way you want! They say to dress for the job you want. Spice up your look with tons of unlockable cosmetics to be the aquarium manager you want to see in the world.

I'm a sucker for fishing and idle games, and while the art is cute and the mini games were entertaining (for about an hour) it was a REALLY short game. 90% of my time playing was trying to get that trillionaire achievement and then it was removed. I only ascended once since it had such a small skill tree, so I was a little disappointed in that. I wish you could see how much each individual tank was generating in terms of income. I wouldn't get it at full price at the moment with how short it is. Can be completed in sub 3 hours.
Crack cocaine for people that make spreadsheets just to optimize and maximize lines going up.
Surprisingly addictive tycoon like with idle and mini-game elements. A completionist will spend several hours to unlock and maximize everything. Someone that loves decorating your space will also enjoy this game but the amount of content and limited customability will not keep them for a significant amount of time.
There are a couple of additions that would increase the game's longevity exponentially.
• More official content in general is always welcome. The price is already good for what you get so you can't really demand it from the dev. • Better placeability and customability. Things like being able to name your aquariums would be welcome. A more involved placement system like being able to place a lamp on top of a table or coral on rocks. Increasing the placement area and moveable aquariums would also be positive. • User created content and mods. Depending on the code it would be fairly easy to add stuff like fishes, locations and decoration. additional upgrades, modifiers and additional rooms would also be a realistic improvement. For those who enjoy these kind of games will find a lot of value for the money and I hope Lured In and the devs succeed.

I've played a lot of fishing games. Lured In has quickly risen the ranks to be among some of my top choices for fishing related games. Where most games would have you learn one minigame for catching fish, Lured In works a little differently, with several different minigames that randomly pop up to determine whether you catch the fish you've hooked, meaning you have several minigames to master, and have to stay adaptable for whichever happens to be chosen when you hook a fish. Decorating the aquariums is a nice, optional touch, that doesn't feel like it takes too many resources once you really get the ball rolling, but still adds to the general vibe of a cozy aquarium simulator. I put in quite a few hours at launch, and even more after the first patch, and I can't wait to see what else this game has in store for the future. I'd love to see more synergies, more decor, and more fish. For the small price of a normal sticker price of $8, if any of what I said sounds appealing, definitely give it a try!
Fun and relaxing with great mini-games! I'm a big fan of collecting and decorating games, and this really hit the spot. My main issue was that, after playing the demo, I was disappointed with the amount of content in the full game. I'd say that 75% of the content of the full game is in the demo, for example you only unlock two more biomes. Another issue was, while I understand the appeal of the accession mechanic (in which you restart your shop in exchange for unlocking admittedly very useful skills), I only did it once because I didn't like starting all over...I could see that part getting kind of grindy. Kudos to the pixel art, the mini-games, and the variety of creatures to catch. This game has it's drawbacks but was worth it to me!
10/10 I really hope for more content
Amazing little incremental idle game with very nice options to adjust gameplay to your liking. I love the fact you can not only decorate your shop but every single aquarium as well, giving you something nice to do, while you wait for more money to come in but you don't want to close the game just yet. The price is totally justified in my opinion as the love that the dev has for this game is more than obvious and they seem to plan to add more and more content as well. You might not get an idler that is tremendously long, but you get one that is done well and is lots of fun, carrying the love for the genre front and center.
