Luminescence

To say that Luminescence is underwhelming, would be an understatement. It’s a 10 min VN, that is supposed to say a story of people trying to find out, if a local urban legend is true. The problem is, that there is no actual urban legend in this game. The story is an insult to the reader, taking into consideration that this VN is not free. You need to pay anEuro, for what seems to be high school student programming assignment. Novel is attempting to create a “deep story” with “plot twist”, but is missing the context. There is no depth at all. Not in characters and not in “story”.It’s not worth your money. Music is simple, looping and irritating. The art style is acceptable and not the standard, that you can see in other Visual “novels”, but it doesn’t make it “good”. Overall, it’s not worth your attention. There are many other FREE novels, that you can enjoy on STEAM. (Like Higurashi,Doki Doki, Lynne) Rating:05/100

Gostei do jogo e achei o plot bem legal, mas não acho que valha a pena comprar para jogar por uns 10 minutos ou até menos. Agora falando um pouco sobre o jogo em si, uma coisa que não entendi muito foi essa questão do "final verdadeiro", para mim, o "final bom" faz muito mais sentido como sendo o final verdadeiro da história. Pelo que eu tinha entendido, ela já era o espírito da garota que tinha morrido ou pelo menos era o que eu achava no início, então achei estranho quando no final verdadeiro, ela aparece viva no hospital. Acaba que aquela versão dela que aparece para o protagonista antes era apenas uma projeção da consciência dela ou algo do tipo pelo o que eu entendi, não sei se está correto. Sinceramente, achei bem confuso e senti que faltou uma explicação melhor. Dito isso, para mim o "final bom" deveria ser o verdadeiro final, porque o outro sinceramente, nem consigo considerar como um final alternativo, porque simplesmente não faz sentido para mim

you know this visual novel may be short, but the story speaks much more if you think about it. its worth a read and your time and it would be great if this story would be expanded into much more bigger and richer story. would look forward to more decent stories from this developer.
