Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Sep 1 → 1/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
'LumineNight' is a mystery adventure game set in the city of Summerset, USA, in the 1950s. You can play as Detective Kelvin Foster and his only daughter, self-proclaimed Detective Selen Foster, to unravel the secrets of a series of unresolved murders over a decade.
Players need to investigate, solve puzzles and codes, infiltrate, interrogate, and deduce the truth, all based on the following five detective principles:
In a corrupted city's darkness, the detective's eyes are the only thing you can trust.
In the deep night, the neon-lit streets are filled with truths yet to be uncovered.
Gathering raw evidence is the mother of all detective work.
Detectives who pursue the truth prowl through the city in the night's darkness, gathering even the slightest clue.

Nothing can stand in the way of those seeking the truth.
A piece of advice from a father to his daughter, a genius in deciphering codes.
Riddles and puzzles encountered during the investigation, doors that are firmly locked and won't open, codes containing secrets that penetrate all truths...
Everything awaits the touch of a solver.
As a detective, sometimes you should act before getting permission.
When you secretly infiltrate and bypass strict security, you might be able to access crucial clues.
If there are manipulated traces in the crime scene or testimonies that do not align, you can verify the contradicting aspects through interrogation.
When you refute the contradictions with your logic, the masks of those riddled with lies will be stripped away.
You can deduce the beginning and end of all incidents, the reality behind secrets, and what each character wanted to hide.
Revealing the truth now depends upon you.

Reviews
Developed and published by Spickasoft, LumineNight is a narrative-driven detective adventure that combines mystery, puzzle-solving, stealth, and visual novel storytelling into a suspenseful investigation set in the fictional city of Summerset during the 1950s. Rather than relying on combat or fast-paced gameplay, it emphasizes careful observation and logical thinking as players follow Detective Kelvin Foster and his gifted daughter, Selen, through a series of murders that have remained unsolved for years. What begins as a routine investigation gradually expands into a larger conspiracy, encouraging players to connect seemingly unrelated clues while uncovering the city's darkest secrets. The game's investigative structure is one of its strongest features. Every case requires players to thoroughly examine crime scenes, search for hidden evidence, and pay close attention to environmental details that may initially appear insignificant. Instead of simply highlighting every important object, LumineNight rewards curiosity and patience, making each discovery feel meaningful. This approach creates an immersive detective experience where progress depends on observation and deduction rather than following objective markers from one location to another. Puzzle-solving is woven naturally into the investigation, with players deciphering encrypted messages, unlocking hidden mechanisms, and solving logic-based challenges that stand between them and the truth. Selen's exceptional analytical abilities become an important part of the gameplay, giving her a distinct role beyond the narrative. The puzzles vary in complexity while remaining closely connected to the investigation itself, ensuring they feel like genuine obstacles detectives would encounter rather than disconnected minigames. Successfully overcoming these challenges provides satisfying moments that reinforce the sense of solving an intricate mystery. Stealth sequences introduce welcome variety by placing players in situations where direct access to evidence is impossible. Sneaking through guarded buildings and avoiding detection creates moments of tension that contrast nicely with the slower investigative pace. Although stealth is not the primary focus of the game, these sections help maintain momentum and remind players that uncovering dangerous secrets often requires taking considerable risks. They add excitement without overshadowing the detective elements that define the overall experience. Interrogations serve as another engaging mechanic, challenging players to compare testimonies against collected evidence in order to expose inconsistencies and reveal hidden motives. Rather than relying on random dialogue choices, success depends on understanding the facts gathered throughout the investigation. As cases progress, players eventually reconstruct events and identify the connections linking multiple crimes together. This gradual process of gathering evidence, questioning suspects, and reaching logical conclusions gives LumineNight a satisfying investigative rhythm that rewards attentive players. Visually, the game embraces a stylish 2.5D presentation enhanced by noir-inspired lighting and environments that effectively capture the atmosphere of a crime thriller. Dimly lit streets, detailed interiors, and expressive character artwork help establish an engaging setting that complements the game's darker themes. The 1950s backdrop provides additional personality, while the soundtrack and overall presentation reinforce the tension surrounding every investigation. The narrative is equally compelling, focusing not only on the mystery itself but also on the relationship between Kelvin and Selen. Their partnership brings emotional depth to the story and makes the investigation feel more personal as they confront dangerous truths together. The writing gradually builds suspense over the course of the campaign, revealing new information at a measured pace while introducing memorable supporting characters whose motives are often more complex than they first appear. Players who appreciate story-driven adventures will likely find the plot to be one of the game's biggest strengths. LumineNight is not without shortcomings. Its deliberate pacing may feel slow for players expecting frequent action, and some stealth sections can become repetitive if mistakes force repeated attempts. Since the experience places heavy emphasis on dialogue and investigation, those seeking constant gameplay variety may occasionally find the progression uneven. However, these issues do little to overshadow the game's commitment to delivering an authentic detective adventure built around thoughtful problem-solving instead of reflex-based challenges. Overall, LumineNight succeeds as a rewarding mystery game that confidently blends investigation, puzzles, stealth, and narrative into a cohesive experience. Its engaging detective mechanics, atmospheric world, memorable characters, and carefully constructed storyline create an adventure that encourages players to think critically while remaining invested in the unfolding mystery. Although its slower pace may not appeal to everyone, fans of detective fiction and narrative-driven adventures will find plenty to enjoy throughout its carefully crafted investigation. Rating: 8/10

The game needs serious proofreading in places, but beyond that is an incredibly engaging story following in the footsteps of games like Ace Attorney: Investigations, while also providing puzzle rooms akin to Zero Escape. So if you like either of those games, you're sure to love this one. Let it be known that while I did make those comparisons, LumineNight also stands perfectly as its own entity, feeling different enough to be refreshing while loosely reminding us of more well known and loved titles. The game has heart and the mystery's a nice slowburn. You just have to be somewhat lenient with the language here and there as there are a myriad of grammar and spelling mistakes, but they don't keep you from understanding what's going on or solving the puzzles.
I picked up Lumine Night because the aesthetic immediately caught my eye. It looked like a solid indie detective game, and after finishing it, I’d say it has some really cool elements, even if it gets bogged down by its own writing. The best part of the game is easily the presentation. I really liked the art style and the overall vibe they went for. The dark, atmospheric setting pulls you in right away, and the OST is really good and fits the mood perfectly. Gameplay is just okay. It does the job for a detective game, but it’s nothing groundbreaking. Where the game struggles is the pacing and writing. The dialogue can be a bit boring, and a lot of times it just felt way too long for no real sake. Because the text drags on so much, the story completely lost me in the middle, and it became a bit of a chore to push through. Luckily, the ending was nice and managed to save the experience from being a total miss. It’s a decent game with a great vibe and a solid finish, but the boring dialogue and mid-game slump hold it back from being amazing. Grab it on a sale. 6/10
The plot of the game has essentially ripped off the entirety of the Somerton Man case (a real life unsolved case that took place in Adelaide, Australia).
A really charming detective puzzle/adventure game. It's a bit like playing a film noir movie. A few puzzles got a bit frustrating, but only like 1-2. The music, atmosphere, characters and audiovisuals are pretty good. The plot stays reasonably constrained without getting too crazy, in a good way, but it has it's twists and turns. The pacing is pretty good too, not too long, not too short. The game really invokes a "Very Long Night" atmosphere. I didn't have issues with the localization, like some other reviewers alluded to. Maybe the devs have fixed it by now. If you like mystery games with some puzzles, I'd say this is worth the full price.
