a beautiful project
Petit jeu très sympa avec de superbes musiques. Les méchaniques sont simple et efficace. Je vous le recommande si vous voulez passer un petit moment tranquille. Aussi très fun à speedrun.
Game serves some major nostalgia with the art style, reminds me of the old school Spyro game i played as a kid the text goes abit too fast at times to read properly but apart from that, love the art style, solid controls :)

I really liked the graphics and music, and the story was great. The platforming felt really good for a 3D platformer. I never missed a jump because of sketchy camera angles or being unable to tell how far away the thing I was jumping on was.
Lost Light is a game that I think does a really good job of mixing survival shooter mechanics with extraction gameplay. I enter dangerous areas, search for useful equipment, fight other threats and then have to make it out alive with whatever I managed to collect. I like that simple idea because every run has a little bit of tension attached to it. Finding good equipment is exciting, but it does not mean much if I get eliminated before I can escape. The gunplay is one of the stronger parts for me. There are plenty of different weapons and attachments to experiment with, and I can customise my firearms quite heavily. Building a weapon that feels right for me is enjoyable because small changes to the setup can affect how I approach a match. I also like that equipment has different values, since deciding what to take with me becomes an important part of preparing for a run. The extraction system creates some of the best moments. I can spend a good amount of time searching buildings and collecting valuable items, but the longer I stay, the more I have to think about the possibility of losing everything. Sometimes it is tempting to keep searching for something better, while another part of me is thinking that I should just leave while I still can. I found that risk and reward balance much more interesting than simply trying to get the highest number of eliminations. There is also a progression system outside individual matches, with equipment upgrades, character development and a large amount of loot to collect. I liked having long term goals because a failed run does not completely remove the feeling that I am progressing. There are also different modes and events that help keep the experience from becoming too repetitive. The game can be played with other people too, which adds another layer because communication and teamwork can make a huge difference. The biggest weakness for me is the free to play structure. There are a lot of systems, currencies and menus to work through, and the overall experience can sometimes feel more complicated than it needs to be. The amount of equipment and progression can also make the early stages feel a little overwhelming. I think the game would be easier to appreciate if some of these systems were introduced more gradually. I also found the atmosphere surprisingly tense for a game that has so much focus on equipment and progression. The abandoned buildings, ruined environments and constant threat of losing my loot give each run a feeling of uncertainty. Even when I am not fighting anyone, I still have to think about footsteps, positioning and whether I have enough supplies to continue. That quiet tension is one of the reasons I kept coming back. Overall, I think Lost Light is a solid extraction shooter with a lot of depth for a free game. The weapon customisation, loot system, risk and reward gameplay and long term progression give me plenty to work towards, while the possibility of losing my equipment keeps individual runs exciting. The free to play systems can feel overwhelming and there is a lot to learn, but once I get into the rhythm of searching, fighting and escaping, I think the gameplay loop works really well. It is definitely worth trying if I enjoy tactical shooters where surviving can be more important than simply getting kills. Rating: 6.9/10
Really enjoyed the game, gameplay tied really well with the music as well. Story wise it felt connected and made sense to me, looking forward to whats coming next!
Short, sweet, and to the point. This is s free game, and it's serviceable, so it really should be a recommend just from that. The characters, the story, and the atmosphere are the highlights of the game. The game appears to take place in a universe different from our own and I liked the little bit of mystery that came from that. I wanted a little more lore or story, but sometimes less is better and that might've been a good decision on the developers. The gameplay is mostly platforming and it mostly works. Like any platforming game there are certain parts that can get frustrating. You'll get the occasional technical problem, and if you're ever stuck somewhere just hold down the "r" button (on pc) and it'll bring you back to your last check point. There are multiple endings and, again, I feel myself wanting more from them. What happens after this decision the character makes? Again, maybe this is another situation of less being more, but I still want more. Still recommended. I've played it two times and I want to play it a third time because there are at least three endings. The game itself is only about 20-30 minutes so you can speedrun through it fairly quickly, if you want.
its okay, i like it, very nice
I love this game
