Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 18 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A unique take on Backrooms exploration. A few bugs here and there but they'll be fixed in good time.
Очень атмосферно, вайб бекрумс идеально передан в этой игре.
作者能修一下这个bug吗? 我的游戏启动时总是崩溃,显示报错如下: LowLevelFatalError [File:D:\build\++UE5\Sync\Engine\Source\Runtime\Windows\D3D11RHI\Private\D3D11Util.cpp] [Line: 424] Direct3DDevice->CreateUnorderedAccessView(Texture->GetResource(),&UAVDesc,(ID3D11UnorderedAccessView**)UnorderedAccessView.GetInitReference()) failed with error E_INVALIDARG (Name='FSR2_ExposureMips', Format='' (0x00000036), FormatSupport=0x02F6F3F3, FormatSupport2=0x000006C0) at D:\build\++UE5\Sync\Engine\Source\Runtime\Windows\D3D11RHI\Private\D3D11UAV.cpp:113 我删了游戏存档,试过了没有用,希望官方能尽快给个回复!

Klimat po prostu miażdży! Gra potrafi konkretnie przerazić i serio hipnotyzuje. Szkoda tylko, że nie ma polskiego dubbingu, ale dobrze, że chociaż napisy dali. Ogólnie wielki szacun dla twórców, gierka jest sztosem!
Recomendado si te gustan el estilo de backrooms, uno de los mejores
So much variety in the Levels and fun finding the secrets and I haven't even tried the new multiplayer levels! Recommend playing w/o entities for the story. Check out a play-through on my channel! Chock full of cool screenshots Level 0, Level 2, and Level Fun! https://youtu.be/C56kqEWy6RA Level 98, Level 9, and Level 274 https://youtu.be/6YU6df-8K8U Level 19, Level 40, and Level 143 https://youtu.be/foM-_bdttSA
yes. Very slept on backrooms game. 8 coop levels with only one of them being from the singleplayer is pretty cool. I wish the in-game voice didn't sound as distorted and I could rebind the push-to-talk to my mouse thumb button, or rebind it at all.
Lost Hope: Backrooms approaches the increasingly familiar liminal-horror formula with an emphasis on structured exploration, survival, puzzles, and gradual progression. Developed by mdvd and published by Lost Hope games, it sends players into an unsettling collection of spaces connected to the abandoned Last Hope Inc. laboratory. Rather than relying entirely on endless randomized hallways, the game provides more than 20 handcrafted levels, giving its journey a stronger sense of deliberate design. The result is a Backrooms experience that tries to make discovering what happened just as important as surviving whatever is lurking nearby. The mystery surrounding Last Hope Inc. gives the exploration a useful narrative foundation. Players control one character while gradually piecing together the fate of another, uncovering information through environmental details, hidden areas, and scattered lore. This approach works particularly well for psychological horror because the story is not simply delivered through lengthy exposition. Instead, the environment becomes part of the storytelling. Exploring suspicious rooms and investigating seemingly insignificant objects can reveal information that adds context to the larger mystery, rewarding players who resist the temptation to rush toward every exit. The handcrafted levels are among the game's more appealing qualities. Each area can introduce a different visual identity, navigational challenge, puzzle, or danger, which helps reduce the repetition that often affects games based on the Backrooms concept. Exploration is not always about following one predetermined path either, as some situations allow alternative approaches. Searching thoroughly can uncover secrets and useful resources, but lingering also creates additional tension when hostile entities are present. That conflict between curiosity and self-preservation fits the setting extremely well. Puzzles play an important role in keeping exploration interactive. Players need to observe their surroundings, understand environmental clues, and determine how particular mechanisms or obstacles work before progressing. The game also includes collectible valuables that can be traded, creating an additional reason to investigate rooms instead of simply finding the fastest route through them. Tools and equipment can be upgraded, giving players a noticeable sense of progression as they move deeper into the experience. These systems help make exploration feel productive because discoveries can contribute directly to future survival and efficiency. Hostile entities provide much of the immediate danger. More than seven entity types appear throughout the game, with individual threats featuring different behaviors and mechanics. Learning these differences becomes part of surviving encounters. A strategy that works against one creature may not necessarily be effective against another, so observation and familiarity gradually become valuable survival tools. This creates a satisfying relationship between horror and knowledge: unfamiliar threats are frightening because their rules are uncertain, while repeated encounters allow players to become more confident without completely eliminating the danger. An especially useful feature is No Entity Mode. Players who enjoy liminal environments but dislike being constantly chased can disable hostile entities and concentrate on exploration, puzzles, environmental details, and hidden lore. This substantially expands the game's appeal. Standard play provides the intended survival-horror tension, while the alternative mode transforms the experience into something closer to an atmospheric mystery. It is also useful for players who want to revisit environments and search for details they previously missed without worrying about another pursuit. The atmosphere relies heavily on isolation, uncertainty, realistic environments, darkness, and the disturbing familiarity associated with liminal spaces. Rather than overwhelming players with continuous action, the game often allows anticipation to create the tension. Quiet exploration becomes uncomfortable because an apparently empty location may not remain safe. Mature imagery, including corpses and gore, contributes to the darker presentation, although psychological unease and survival remain more central than excessive violence. Multiplayer provides another way to experience the levels, with both online and LAN cooperative options complementing the single-player campaign. Playing alone naturally strengthens the sense of vulnerability because every puzzle, unexplained noise, and entity encounter must be handled without assistance. Cooperative play reduces some of that isolation but replaces it with coordination and shared problem solving. The game also supports achievements, cloud functionality, and captions, while numerous achievements provide additional objectives for completion-focused players. The main limitation is that Backrooms horror has become a crowded field. Endless corridors, industrial environments, strange creatures, abandoned facilities, and escape-focused exploration are no longer particularly unusual ideas. Lost Hope: Backrooms distinguishes itself more through the combination of these elements than through an entirely new premise. Handcrafted levels, equipment upgrades, trading, puzzles, hidden lore, cooperative play, and varied entity mechanics give the experience additional substance, but players already exhausted by liminal-space horror may still find its underlying aesthetic extremely familiar. Steam Deck compatibility is functional but not ideal. The game can be played on Steam Deck, although some interactions may not work conveniently with the default controller configuration. Players may occasionally need the touchscreen, virtual keyboard, or a customized/community controller layout, and interface prompts can sometimes reflect mouse, keyboard, or other controller inputs instead of Deck-specific controls. It is therefore better regarded as playable with compromises rather than a completely optimized handheld experience. Taken as a whole, Lost Hope: Backrooms offers a surprisingly feature-rich interpretation of its genre. Its strongest qualities are the handcrafted environments, exploration incentives, puzzle solving, equipment progression, distinctive entity behaviors, cooperative support, and ability to remove enemies for relaxed exploration. Familiar genre conventions and imperfect Steam Deck integration prevent it from standing among the most polished horror experiences, but there is enough variety beneath the recognizable Backrooms imagery to make the journey through Last Hope Inc. worthwhile for players who enjoy atmospheric exploration and survival-focused mystery.
